首先，两党政客在选举时说的话都不能当真。他们在这个选举的关键时候，肯定都是说
选民想听的话。上台以后，能不能兑现，又是另外一回事。奥巴马四年前说的多好，国
债减半，经济繁荣，现在有几条实现了？
在这种情况下，如何选择？可以从以下几个方面来考虑：
1） 出身，家庭环境，教育，2）成就和业绩，3)政党的基本理念
第一项和第二项作为考量标准是很明显的。为什么把政党的基本理念作为标准之一？因
为二党的候选人在选举时都是谎话连篇，空头支票开了无数。不管这次谁入主白宫，碰
到重大问题时，我们可以认为总统会从他认同的政党基本理念出发来面对和解决问题。
奥巴马出身单亲家庭，后来大部分时间由外公外婆抚养长大。混血的孩子在白人社区长
大，对他的性格和世界观有很大的影响。后来从普林斯顿本科毕业及哈佛法学院毕业。
罗姆尼父亲先从商，曾是美利坚汽车公司的董事长。 后从政，当过密歇根州长和联邦
政府部长。母亲也竞选过参议员。罗姆尼从BYU本科毕业后，在哈佛法学院和商学院JD/

回来的时候边境以他精神有毛病为由想拒绝他入境，上诉到最高法院，最高法院没有谈
宪法问题，而是解释了当时的INA，然后说这种innocent, casual and brief的离开不
是INA中真的离开，所以回来也不是真的回来（不构成INA中的“entry”），所以对这

前一阵子给普林面试中国学生，有一位看CV在我的面试名单上非常靠前。面试的时候跟
他聊
起了新冠，发现他竟然一片茫然，连新闻似乎都没太关注的样子。当时我的一个面试问
题是
：如果你是CDC主任的话，你觉得什么是现在比较关键的问题?这孩子基本啥想法都没有

根据俄罗斯防务工业发言人的说法，第二架苏霍伊T-50（PAK-FA）第五代战斗机原型机
将在年底之前进行首飞。
与第一架T-50原型机相同，第二架原型机将从戴姆基（Dzemgi）机场首飞，这个机场毗
邻阿穆尔河畔共青城航空生产联合体(Komsomolsk-na-Amure Aviation Production
Association)。在初步验收飞行测试之后，这架飞机将转到位于茹科夫斯基城(
Zhukovsky)的格罗莫夫飞行研究院(Gromov Flight Researhch Institute)。
苏霍伊公司董事长米哈伊尔-波戈相(Mikhail Pogosian)表示，一架T-50将在2011年8月
份飞往届时开幕的莫斯科国际航空航天展览会(MAKS International Aviation and
