且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的

Fiscal Cliff只是幌子，真正问题是啥？
长期的social security，medicare这类entitlement. 美国政府做出了保证给大家的，
实际上因为babyboom退休，人均寿命增长，这个保证是没法实现的。所以，必须要做的
就是增税，减福利，提高退休年龄。和这些entitlement比起来，啥政府开支，军费增长
，失业保险，富人增税啥的都是烟雾弹。这个就是接下来两个月debt ceiling要bargai
n的议题，我是不看好他们能达成comprehensive的议案的，最多又是小修小补。
总的来说，共和党所谓的减少政府开支是正道，不过这个应该是长期政策，现在经济状
况下谈什么national debt的问题纯属脑残大发了。现在应该做的就是拼命增债，印钱花
钱；减少开支和收税等经济好转再说，这方面来看，两党前两个月都在瞎搞。最重要的
是接下来的entitlement，我上面说了，估计又是大闹一番，然后小修小补。这个议题必

不过你要记得， Entitlement is easy to give, hard to remove.
If you give much entitlement away, it's much harder for you to become rich,
and even after you are rich, you are facing much higher tax to support
entitlement. Very difficult to scale back.
So unless you never wanted to be rich!
The sanity is: Even I am not as rich as Bill Gates, I won't vote to tax bill
gates 100%. |

政客小心眼太多，我来理理顺，保证大家一看就懂。
Fiscal Cliff只是幌子，真正问题是啥？
长期的social security，medicare这类entitlement. 美国政府做出了保证给大家的，
实际上因为babyboom退休，人均寿命增长，这个保证是没法实现的。所以，必须要做的
就是增税，减福利，提高退休年龄。和这些entitlement比起来，啥政府开支，军费增长
，失业保险，富人增税啥的都是烟雾弹。这个就是接下来两个月debt ceiling要bargai
n的议题，我是不看好他们能达成comprehensive的议案的，最多又是小修小补。
总的来说，共和党所谓的减少政府开支是正道，不过这个应该是长期政策，现在经济状
况下谈什么national debt的问题纯属脑残大发了。现在应该做的就是拼命增债，印钱花
