那个血样抽取后，已经封存在了一个玻璃容器里，然后再放入冷藏箱里了。
这个玻璃容器一旦封上，只能在实验室里用专用工具才能打开。
孙杨藐视了当日的DCO，FINA寻求惩罚，但是Doping Panel判FINA及采样机构的程序不
合规定，所以孙杨没有犯规。
WADA不服，上诉至CAS。重审结果出来之前，孙杨当然可以继续比赛，没有任何问题。
你要是有一丁点基础的法律知识，了解事实，看过FINA反兴奋剂委员会的判决，就知道
WADA的上诉基本上没有胜算，纯粹是做个样子。 |
