USADA should just stop wasting tax payers' money. Instead this money should

Personally, as much convincing as all these scandals and testimony sounded
like, if you ask me "do you think Lance doped?", without any convincing
physical evidence which does not even have to be drug test my answer would
be no. Statistically, I might have a much higher chance of being wrong
especially given the doping culture and history of cycling. But, I just can
't give up my belief that anyone deserv such a respect before it is proved

I don't know who introduced Lance Armstrong to performance enhancers. There
are two likely suspects who come to mind, but they're my private guesses.
I did not ask Lance when I visited him earlier this year at his home. It's
not my business to know. He's not admitted to me that he doped. He is not
happy with me that I no longer accept that he didn't dope. Now we don't

他人一样，爽个一两次就被换下去了，其实也没多大动静。关键是他得了好处还卖乖最
后还把别人斩尽杀绝，所以下场很惨。
整个doping后面的真正黑手，是Thomas Weisel和UCI的老大。可以google一下Thomas
Weisel和LA，就能找到不少故事。
这个Thomas Weisel不是善主,最早是速滑运动员出身，后来自己搞IB，赚了大钱，买了
USPS的team，然后开始系统地发展doping program，同时把UCI搞定了，然后又忽悠
USPS赞助了40个million来sponsor这个team和doping program。他搞这个pro cycling
的手法，就跟IB搞公司一样，先搞个LBO，然后打兴奋剂强心针，然后转手卖给public
，同时搞定SEC。
WSJ上面有系列报道。
所以说LA在USPS赢TDF的这几年里面，全美国的纳税人都在为他的DOPE买单。 |

还有Si再GaAs中active energy是很重要的参数，不过应该很好找。
你降温的时候，fermi leverl越来越靠近conduction band，是因为fermi-dirac
distrubtion随着温度下降变‘窄’了。电子数n= density of states * fermi-diract
distribution在conduction band 里的积分。为了维持一定的n，fermi-level必须要
靠近conduction band。
在更低温下会有两种情况：1）如果是non-degenerate doping，你的doping就会freeze
-out，就是说thermal energy 不足以把Si dopants active，这样就是intrinsic
material了。fermi level不会再conduction band里面。2)你的doping足够高，是
degenerate doping，那么fermi-level会在conduction 里面，即使低温也有 |

training. You just have to know when to avoid the random drug test. And make
sure you come to Olympics in a clean body.
That is also why state sponsored sports program have high incidence of
doping (like east germany), because they have the manpower to do the
logistical side of doping.
Taking EPO is easy, the hard part is where to buy them and not leave the

（不过这是他自己一手打造出来的），那就是有系统有组织的 doping。 Tyler
和 Floyd 离开了 USPS 以后 doping 变得非常困难，而且非常昂贵。拿不到药，
找不到合格医生输血，被输入的是坏血，还被混了别人的血球。。。
再者，Greg Lemond 认为 Lance 的天赋 “Average"。（他的 average 当然不是
我们认为的 average）

participation in the Masters South Central Zone Swimming Championships at
