发帖数: 2541 | 2 真要说预防，戴护腕尤其比较坚实的那种尼龙粘带式的护腕。我平素练球和比赛，从
来都是护腕护肘戴好，预防就是不怕一万就怕万一。不仅羽毛球手腕动作多，网球
平素手腕松弛但在击球一霎那时要紧箍并承受力量，就是万一为救球滑倒或摔一跤，
手撑地的动作和受力都可能导致腕骨和前臂桡骨前端靠近这个舟装骨的损伤--压缩
或粉碎性骨折。一旦发生，基本就和网球羽毛球拜拜了。

明眼人一看其比赛尤其决赛得架势，再回看季前和复赛比分，都能回味出他是在故
意控制比分的。到决赛了，必定拼其所能和全力，必然也就暴露了真实火力和水平。
当然有人不服要起诉的。俺打决赛那年，当场就看到也是正打着就被喊了停DQ了的
场景，而那家伙也打了季前和复赛一直没人要DQ他。。。。。。

self rating打4.0.结果昨晚被Three Strikes DQ了.十分郁闷．他的team就更郁闷了,
少了一名大将，本来已经把score控制得很好，不知道为什么给dq.谁能看的出来？ @_@ |

发帖数: 2541 | 4 嗯，FF的GSs一双手的指头不够查的了，温网数一只手指的头不够查的，任何没有
他所得GS一半数量的人在他面前耍牛和狂妄都是13而已，其粉也不例外。
可以不服，可以憋足劲去赶甚至想着超，这是进步和成功得动力。但在还没到FF的
GS一半数量时，口水过多，真的就是JOKER了。
回想当初小德初出道时也是不可一世的狂妄尤其拿了第一个GS后一短段时间里。结
果惹得众怒，更惹得TOP1/2烦，被彻底修理得没有脾气只能当小三了这多年，终于
长大成熟了，知道不仅如何打球，更知道在江湖上混该如何做人了，也就从今年开
始翻身了。其实，这几年他也知道学会尊敬老大和老二，球风和场上场下修养都齐
进步，这是他能有今天成就的原因，但想到自己和同期FF的成就，以及目前和FF成
就得差距，他很自知之明，表现很成熟。他确实是近年来众多TOP选手里很有天份得
全能型选手。前途无量。
但是，就是如此，要超过FF的一半成就，对他而言也是艰难得大山待爬。没有当初
FF那4-5年里恐怖的统治力，估计到退休，别说山顶，半山腰也很悬。。。。。。
小德子，祝一路好走，争取3~5年里到FF的半山腰。

神和独特的强力上旋打法确实无人可及。
作为FF，面对这样一个独特的天敌克星，不是象老桑一样选择不再参赛而是屡败屡
战，这也是其身后一群GS远远无法相比的现代球员所彻底不及的。
麦肯罗开赛中曾评FF和纳豆为史上第3和4位伟大球员，而我看来FF和纳豆这场龙虎
斗之战将使其成为TOP1和2，除非豆子今后的GS平甚至2-3个之差地接近FF所得，豆
子可以成为第一的GOAT。
能有幸看到这两位的数年相争，实在是我幸！

just want to save time and do it quickly and continuously and thus I can
serve at lease 4 buskets winthin one hr......
I watched carefully your serve ben, and I think among recent ben players in
this forum, only u are good one and worth for me to compete and challenge
with. Others are just mouth-water and trash-talk too much but level too low

我们毕竟是业余低手玩耍，就先简单开始，不计较落点，先看成功率而且更简单些：
就看一发的--因为，一发失误，看二发，往往求稳，成功率高但有点假，下次专比
二发动作成功率。以后再高标准些吧。另外，我现在已经不图也不能一发碰后墙，
所以速度肯定不及他，但实战时足够应付大多数4。0--4。5的了。我更认为准确和
落点随时变化比单纯求速度重要太多了。

You are the man I respect and am willing to ben and compete w/, because you
know how to appreciate an older guy, and also you do have very good serve
tech which I think at your level (I mean those recently showed off their serve or play) no one good enough in this forum can reach and worthwhile for me to compete at all, although I do believe you won't beat me in serve successful rate. I like your lefty kick serve very much which give me lots of challenges.
reminding: now, I have 2 lefty 5.0-5.5 guys to play and coaching, one of
them does same kick serve as u did, I am trying to get his serve w/ more
practice. so, next time, when we meet, I'll try to give you some color see
see to get revenge lal.......hahaha.
any way, I really like and miss that fight we had in 09 USO party.

yeah, actually me too ah.....
actually if meet a good opponent--on and/or off the court--big 鸭梨 will
taste much more juicey and sweeter and feel much better on each fight and
even after fight for a while, good feeling and taste remains for a while....
..this good feeling has nothing to do w/ who won or loss, only for the game
process itself, right? I never feel shamed or be bothered by lossing to
someone but feel so good that I had opportunities to meet some good players

another issue bothered me now, recently I got low back problem which also
affect my right leg, so I cann't use more abdominal and back bent power.

但老刀总爱剑走偏锋玩邪招：我可以很稳定地在比赛中一发把球发到一英尺以内经常就是半英尺内甚至或砸线，再加之力量和速度，很多人总要吃我这条线的一发。
如果一发失败，二发我会打外角或边线。如果对手见我AD侧发球总打T角而靠内站位，我就突然改线打外角。
这也是为何我在发球基本稳定用于实战后，以后练习总是手握3个球--练习突然变线：
打T、中点(追身)和外角，一次3个球伦把三个点都打一下，而且练习任意随时变点。这增加实战性和突然性。
总之，老刀练得是歪门邪道九阴白骨爪的邪招啦。。。。。。呵呵

Dok's serve (shown in video) is not heavy but compact and fairly fast. It
does not bounce high, skidding forward at fairly deep placement。 This is
average from what i saw in men's 4.5 doubles... Maybe not solid enough to
get a point right away, but definitely not a weak serve...
80mph is ace speed in 4.5 if you cut the line... |

特色的。我俩和另一个(CC队伍的诸葛亮介绍我们认识的，也就是KEN最近吹牛说圈
饼人家的那个，说实话，要不是他这样张狂说俺这位朋友，俺还替他遮丑两次去USO前
找俺“练习”吃6：0了！)我仨以及YOSS常相互对打，算是俺在OSU时度过那段快乐
时光的场上三个好友。
确实比那时动作漂亮多了。
可是俺也提醒你老弟：俺现在的反手可是极度暴力了，虽然稳定性不如你的TOP SPIN打
法。以后有机会回OSU一定找你和其他二位手谈一下！

作为你的身高，有两个方向选择可能更恰当：
1。依然象现在这样保持高抛发球--我明白这很时髦也很有特色，但要多注意拧腕拧
腰和拍面控制，以高跳的KICK SERVE为主。
2。放弃高抛，一般中低点抛球以平击带些侧旋追求落点准确和变化--这是我自己追
求的路数。
因为我觉得，作为你我这样身高，高抛发球如做不到极度强烈旋转的话，优势并不
大，而高抛在室外打时，更因受风速和阳光方向影响动作和成功率。高抛发球技术
要点更复杂难掌握准确。我一直持的观点是；简单的就是最好的。

when they start to learn. even in my club now, many little kids also use
high toss serve tech.......
one more cent: play more at OSU tennis team home court, and try to find sb
there to play w/ u.
I now have 3 college players in the club to play w/ and they can push u
improve a lot and so fast......
just do it!
I'll definitely let u know when I back OSU or Columbus.

发帖数: 5829 | 21 握3个球，就是两个一发力度打固定的外角点和边线上2/3处，近期争取再提前一米接
近1/2线上，一个根据自己情况突然决定变线打内T角的目的设计的。
我发球抛球比你的低得多，但力度已经不如你的了，绝对不能一弹碰底边网了，其他
还是很接近的，估计准确成功率比你要高些。
其实，FF那样绝顶高手，不需站我那个位置也能发到外线2/3甚至更近处加外旋的KICK发
球。我做不到位他们那样的拧腕达到那样的外斜加外旋，所以，只能苯人苯办法站
到大角上彻底放弃左侧反手区空档，我这多年实战也让我有信心在坚实的>85%一发
ACE或对手无法很好接发情况下，这样冒险完全值得而且危险比之无质量的“正规”
站位发球要有价值的多。

Sometime, I suggest u can re-do it as I mentioned way, 50% in Duce and 50%
in ad side, no time limitation, no specific spot landing count, just make
first compete simple: successful rate in first serve.
I believe u should have much better serve than u showed here.

how about u record one with normal pace and time, this first compete just
focuss on serve success rate, next time, we can compete in short time period
serve and then, specific spot landing count rate???
we have lots of time.

doubles, so won't rush record and ben which is not issue for me at all

Now i don't use flat serve and only one touch back wall.
next time will do ad side and then I will focus on inner and outer corners
shot......
you can re-do yours and pick best one to compete, last one just count qas
warm up.
I know you do serve very well, otherwise I won't ben at all.

won't have time to record both side serve, leave it next week. Now I know
how to record and post, I can do it by myself any time when I go to club for
practice, no need third person to take record.
As I suggested, we firstly compete for success rate, leave serve time and
spot landing later.......OK?
No rush, any time when you feel comfortable, then record and post here, I
will follow you......

give a little slice shot with a little more wrist twist. at begining, not
use too much power, get feeling of the movement, then gradually add more
power.
My early serve was very similar to yours, very powerful w/ more flat hit.
Now, u can see my serve not flat hit any more, and more slice hit. this made
me possible to place the ball at 1/3 even 1/2 side line at deuce side!
although I don't use full power, this landing site definitely is a no-way-to

No ANY empire or line referee can guarantee 100% right call.
Such man-made mistake is part of the whole game, if a top player cann't
understand or hold his/her mental stability, he/she is not real strong one--
physical and mental, both are the prerequisition for a top player.

also one of the reasons I lost the games which I might have chance to win..

4-5/wk indoor play, suddenly jump to outdoor, too hard lal.......
bet in 1-2 weeks I can play. it's just a fall down, I have NO guts to do
that fish-jump to save balls as in v-ball I did, it's hard court!!!!

Family doc is far less knowledgeable on such very special sport medicine
issue and orthopedic issue.
I suggest u go to see a specialist such as bone surgeon or orthopedic
surgeon, if they say no need surgery, it is ok. I won't believe familydoc at
all! They even don't know how to read MRI!

发帖数: 2541 | 35 这个就不必了。我感觉，第一次的MRI未必拍得好，未能显示病变处，或更大可能是
读片子的人未能看出病变。所以建议：重新拍一个，另外找运动医学专家或骨外科
医生专家门诊看看。
给我报告，并不能说明问题，若是不懂其描述和内容，那我是可以用中文深入浅
出地解释一下。但问题不在这里。前后十字交叉韧带损伤不容易从MRI看出来，太细
小和易被骨关节重叠所遮盖。除非完全断裂--但其仍可活动，所以也不至于。可能
是有拉伤导致其过度松弛，另外，关节腔内是否有积血，半月板是否也有损伤，等
等都可以导致目前的症状。
所以，如果还想运动又不再严重受伤加重，必须尽早看专科医生。绝大多数家庭科
医生只能胡弄一般的头疼脑热什么的小病，这类专科病容易被其耽搁。

老弟过奖了。
老刀今天伤未好，拖着一条腿上阵打得实在差，实在是力不从心。很多机会球，跑不到
位，失去杀机。其实，你也歉虚了，3.5+应该不止，如果加强一下发球和多打比赛增加
临场比赛经验和技巧，4.0+应该有的。
今天那两个确实有4.5，他俩也却是在参加4.5级比赛。但如果咱俩能再沉住气，
用PUSHER战术，也能和他们周旋，至少第2局不会输的那样快。他俩其实更多地朝你攻
击，而你都顶住了，第一局能拿下来，基本是你的顽强抵抗功劳。我其实更多是打酱油
观战了。当然，第一局，我的发球让他俩着了不少苦头。我想，别的说不上我打得多如
何，你算见证了俺的发球实战能力了。
你的正手还是很暴力的，反手的攻击性削球也很稳定，打法和风格跟俺当年打USTA时的水平和状态极为相似。就是经验===上欠缺吃不少亏。这只要多打就能赶上的。
你我若去打4.0的比赛应该没问题。以后可以试试去。

长球是肯定的。发球比以前稳定性高多了，现在反手也能随意用于实战中了。这大
半年跟两个小白鬼对练再加白妹妹教练指点纠正动作，却是技术有明显进步。但体
能却下降很多，再加伤病开始明显，两下里一中和，其实，还在4。0上下徘徊而已。
4。5那非得我处于很健康状态方敢自夸有那个能力。我现在还是低调地认为也就4。
0而已。
以后要去打老年组的双打了。
人到时候，不服老也不行啊。心不老，但心有余儿力不足，这时真体会到了。很多
球，能反应到，但腿和腰不给力了，没有爆发力了，看着差半步一步就没戏了。4年
前USO爬梯跟CC打双打时还能猛跑救了不少匪夷所思的好球险球，现在是绝做不出来
了。

球确实发得不错，节奏很好，落点控制也很好，就是身体动作不够干净，手臂刷球不够
现代，过网没有太多clearance margin，所以要看状态。。。
