不了。

认，态度恶劣，死咬住东西defective，威胁a to z. 难道他用了半个月才第一次充电

和现有软件冲突。请发截屏，原来是和一个语音输入软件冲突。让下掉，先装打印机软

我老用了20多年的科技产品了，正经牌子的，碰上defective的，我印象中是只有光驱
啊（也不是开包坏，永久了），一些flash memory card，thinkpad主板坏过一个（也
是用到第三年的时候），其他印象中再没有了，哪tm有这么多开包坏。
AZ这个问题不用纠结了，amz这个王八蛋的意思就是如果你还想跟这玩你就抗，不想玩
就滚。
2270这么好的打印机，我卖了没多少，都有2个退货，都是刚开包就退了，也不知道啥
毛病，反正肯定打印机没毛病。现在也理解bb，staples这些零售商为啥平时价格标这
么高了，主要是要花人力教这些idiot用科技产品。。 |

当初在联系退货的时候，我发过去照片，请gjmylove核实。 gjmylove没有异议。后来
我退回去电脑，他直接扣了36% restocking fee. 我再联系他，又说他没记录sn,这可
能吗？货是他自己寄的。 他在贴子里说，以为这件事情就过去了，没事了。这就相当
于你拿了别人的钱，就没事了？交易又不是在二手版上进行的，任何一个在amazon交
易的buyer都不会放过这么贪婪的seller的。为了不影响他的amazon帐户，我在二手用
马甲发帖主动联系他，希望和解，提出承担50刀的损失，并给他4天时间答复，他直接
忽视，不做答复，直接把这个和解途径给堵上了。我只有通过amazon把我钱要回来。在
amazon做这么多年生意了，我想大家都应该遵循amazon的规则。如果在返还期内我不想
要了，电脑是好的，扣15-20%是合理的。如果收到的是defective的话，是不应该扣
restocking fee的. amazon有明文规定。

opened item but not defective的, 对方要付邮费并restocking费;对于
defective的,要对方找manufacturer warranty.冤有头,债有主,产品质量问题应由
manufacturer负责. 要言之凿凿，让家中说一不二的老大读着读着都点头称是。总有明
晓事理之人,或转而寻求warranty,或惧于restocking and shipping,改变主意,从此再
不联系.
以情动之: 芸芸众生,多为善良之辈. 告知世事维艰,全家老小就靠这点小买卖养活,务

2。很多关键词引起了我的注意：30天，Defective， 用英文名（非拼音）， LLC.
3。发这个帖子只是想给同是华人的卖家一个机会。
4。我和医生/护士没有多少生意上的交集， 也不在任何QQ群里面。
5。最后，我也是注册的公司。 我在亚马逊开的DISPUTE FBA 的CASE不多，但开的很少
输。
