Based on your performance with Amazon.com seller-fulfilled orders, your
seller account currently meets the criteria for offering customized holiday
shipping cutoff dates. We continually monitor seller performance and will
send updates to help you monitor your performance levels while you
participate in this holiday program.
Here are your performance levels for the trailing 30 days:
• A late shipment rate of 0.08 percent
• A pre-fulfillment cancellation rate of 0.36 percent
• An order defect rate of 0.1 percent
You will retain the option to set extended shipping cutoff dates throughout
the 2013 holiday season as long as you maintain the following performance
levels on seller-fulfilled orders:
• No greater than 2 percent late-shipment rate for the trailing 30
days
• No greater than 1.5 percent pre-fulfillment cancel rate for the
trailing 30 days
• No greater than 1 percent short-term order defect rate
Customized holiday shipping cutoff dates will be deactivated if your
performance on seller-fulfilled orders no longer meets the requirements
listed above. If this happens, your customized cutoff dates will be replaced
with Amazon's standard shipping cutoff dates.
