said Thursday it is recalling nearly 485,000 Escapes to repair sticky gas

4次召回，3次都和那个ecoboost发动机有关系
还有一次是脚垫
并不是车子本身设计问题
而且几次召回涉及车辆数量很少
只要你不买ecoboost发动机的高配款，基本上可以说没有召回问题

长话短说：
引擎灯总亮，开始是p2187(Fuel system too lean at idle - bank 1)
于是换了MAF sensor;
过了几天灯又亮，读code是p302（cylinder #2 misfire)，于是把spark-plug和cable
一起换了（当时看到#2的cable非常松，都突出来了，不知道怎么回事）
再过一两周灯还亮，读code是p300（random cylinder misfire)，出现有时候停车熄火
（得油门给点油） ...
下一步该如何？（如果自己可以比较容易做的可以考虑，要不然还是去车铺）
喷油嘴（fuel injector)?
oxygen sensor 影响不到发动机本身（idle时转速忽高忽低）吧？
PCV有关系不?
BTW:

Definition: collant temp is always low
Explanation: The powertrain control module verifies that the engine is at a
proper operating temprature
Probable cause:
1. check coolant level
2. Thermostat defective
3. ECT (engine coolant temperature) sensor defective
这个coolant temp switch对应的是第3项吧 bill上还有个valv colling system应该就
是这个节温器了
monro给的bill上分别是
1. coolant flush/fill
2. coolant temp switch
3. valv cooling system
就是说该掏的钱都掏了 唉 |

我知道自己做的事情有些地方欠妥，但真的是被dealer屡次说话不算数，最后还把我镜
子彻底弄坏激怒了。但是这也不是我可以不冷静的理由。
我是不该去dealer和他们理论，以为事实证明是解决不了问题。但我真的没有闹。和大
家理解的撒泼相差太远了。我也没他们dealer那些人说话rude，我都是就事论事。我问
dealer车是不是defective，他说不是。我说那镜子是不是defective，他不说。我说那
镜子是不是车的一部分？他也不说。dealer理屈，看客人多影响不好，才草草结束谈话
让我走的。这些我不是不明白。
我叫的警察。警察来了也没有说我不对，因为dealer让我出去我就出去了。所以事实也
很清楚。
最后，你说的很多东西作为一个普通消费者是无法知道的。现在我懂了，所以下次遇到

Federal auto safety regulators said Thursday that they are assessing a total
of $70 million in fines against Honda for violating federal safety
reporting requirements.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the two $35 million

我车所有的service都是定期去这家toyota dealer做的，记得有一次他们应该换机油，
但是忘记换了，多跑了几千mile后才发现，送回去重新换了
还有一次，他们有可能换成了错的engine oil（应该是0W20，但是sticker上写得是
5W20）
现在关键想知道dealer换机油时出的重大错误会造成我车现在的engine故障吗？
还是engine本身有defect呢？
5年半的车，8万miles，engine就坏了，太诡异了
感觉要么是dealer service的问题，要么是toyota的defect，不然没理由啊

我车所有的service都是定期去这家toyota dealer做的，记得有一次他们应该换机油，
但是忘记换了，多跑了几千mile后才发现，送回去重新换了

Honda CRV 2010 problem list: 85,000 replaced catalytic converter, 5 times
under normal maintenance had to replace 4 quarts of oil, replaced timing
cover, replaced a/c compressor, call Honda and all I got was "please call
your dealership". Every single issue I had has a safety notice attached to
it so obviously Honda realized it was a problem. Please stand by your cars.
