我在ebay上面被evil过两次，两次paypal都判evil赢，给了full refund。我猜测
paypal的逻辑是，如果病人说的货物情况和seller说的是一致的，病人就会赢。我的第
一个case是，卖了一个原价几百的burberry 高跟皮鞋，都不到100卖的，病人说收到的
是一双旧的运动鞋。退回来的就是她所说的旧鞋。我说不是我寄的新鞋，paypal不管，
full refund了。
第二个case，病人退回来一个用过的基本报废的打印机，把原来新的serial number贴
在旧打印机上。被我通过测试页查出来，也找到evil通过类似的方式在ebay买过其他
seller 同样型号打印机，收到后说是defective的证据，提供给paypal,结果paypal说
病人说的defective的情况和我收到的一样，full refund了。
我现在想，有没有什么比较好的方式能遏制evil。比方说病人退回来的A，我说收到的
是B，这样死磕下去？反正是你evil在先，我也不能手软。另外，对任何退货，包括

随着大家信息的汇总，我发现fanovo的事迹比之6i有过之而无不及，涉案金额高达数十
万美元，其中的苦主们可能各有隐衷，没法曝光，但是我这个事情我会尽力去做。我建
议所有人中止与fan xiang （BBSID: fannovo）的所有交易。和fanovo有关的Amazon账
户可能都不是他的，而且大家不要以暴制暴，我们应该寻求合理的处理手段。
我正在联系律师，可能过程比较漫长，看笑话的人请耐心等待。

的买家为了拿到free return，把没有defect的东西硬说成是defect的。这个SB政策让
无数TR下马。
如今amazon也如吃错药的搞了一个这个评估标准，一般return seller都会扣 shipping
, charge restocking，这样病人当然不会satisfy.Amazon脑残的还要去问一下病人，
撩起还没愈合的伤疤。这个target要小于10%，基本上是不太可能实现。如果这个导致
众多seller失去feature，必然会转向ebay。 |

其实，就是拉枪栓的声音，都不这么危险：至少它不告诉对方，我没子弹了。
查到了这个，在韩战中，美军采用“双枪制”：两人配合，一个打，一个压满子弹等着
；等到“砰”一声弹夹弹出，对方露头时，压满子弹的那个就正好开火。

wire fraud, and agreed to pay $1 billion for concealing a defect in millions
of its air bag inflators.

When Kia ceases production of the seven-seat Sedona MPV in 2011, it will be the last version of the model to roll out as the manufacturer doesn't plan on replacing it with another model.
This bit of news tidbit was confirmed by a company official who explained that the production will end due to reduced demand. He pointed to the downsizing trend as a trigger.
