总结教训；产品数量太单一，只有3个。这样每个月觉得订单基数是很有限的，竞争对
手多给你几个恶意
评价你就玩完了，你的defective rate肯定会超1％。
如果再战amazon，会增加产品种类，可卖一些无关紧要的低价商品，增加每个月订单基
数。这样即使几个正常坏评加一些竞争对恶意评价，你的defective rate也很难超1％。
再开个账户，需要换台电脑，换条宽代线路，换张信用卡号和银行账号。算了，再见了

If it is the product that is defective in nature, I think the Doc is
responsible because you could buy a defective one and sell it.There is no
difference between you buy from store and you buy from nurse though this is
usually very rare. |

1. ask him to withdraw claim, then you full refund/return etc.
2. if he no reply, represent case, insist you sold new in box, product is
product, cannot expect 200$ lens behave like 1000$ lens. you shipped new in
package, as described. give return instruction, let him mail it back to you
and you are responsible for determine if it is "defective". if non-defective
, only because he is not satisfied, 15% restocking.
you have better chance then him.

allowance such as wm and target...it's defective or return rate over 5%,
most of vendor will be declining all future shipment. Then, vendor dies

师傅瑞总曾经不停的教导我，星哥啊，渠道是王道呀，其实到现在，我都没见过什么真
正的渠道，当年local的一个手机大牛，搞了600个iphone简直把我震精了，或者哪个俊
逸潇洒的龙哥把macys的吗内急睡了，直接无限量拿货，说到底，都拿不上台面，渠道
应该就是一纸合同吧。
Levis说他们现在已经完成了第一个三年，站住了脚跟，09年TPLINK才成立了美洲区，
他一直在北美，总部在洛杉矶。我们熟悉的各大卖场，amz，newegg，frys，buy都是他
们的大客户。他女朋友是我LD的同学，听说过我们这一行一些东西，我也随口问问，能
不能用LLC来拿货，这个就不是瑞总说的渠道嘛。Levis同学很委婉的说，可以呀，但是
要看你的销售渠道，是否有自己的网站，在什么平台上做。立刻萎了，神医做的都是倒
手生意，平台就是amz，呵呵。他也笑着说，如果是2年前，如果是这种情况，给你个
300,500的订单都没事，货款可以延迟30-45天，因为当时很艰难，现在肯定不会了。

（1） 说defective,东西寄回来了，这个是black friday ps 3 bundle, 收到的时候是
蓝色的盒子套这个一般的160g ps3盒子,里面放了两个游戏。问题一： 这个事对的包装
吗？从来没有拆过。我打开看了看，一个线（是连电视的三色线）的铜丝都都出来了。
。。我想是不是为了证明是"defective"的，故意弄坏了线。然后一个游戏的外壳斑驳
不已。怀疑是不是弄了个旧的换了新的。由于没有记录SN，没有办法肯定。。。 问题
二：这样的状况是不是只能fully refund了。
（2）另外一个xbox buyer一定坚持是收到的xbox是旧的。“not as described". 说是
有照片为证，然后就消失了。不知道是不是节后在来发照片。因为是自己买的，所以确
定一定是新的。就回信说一定是新的。buyer威胁要报告。问题三：这种情况怎么办？

factory sealed doesn't mean the item won't be defective, it only prove the
item is brand new. The defective may be caused by evil buyer's abuse or
improper use, you need to inspect the system to see if any physical damage
on the console |

用一个女人的名字Anna Garmash买了一个HP的printer，刚收到就发信说是defective，
printer cannot find cartridge。回信告诉他可能是set-up没弄好，叫他好好看
manual，不行找HP 客服。过2天拿了一个HP的email了糊弄我，HP email address给他
removed掉了，email里也并没有说是defective。再次要求寄label给他return。还说HP
的客服告诉他是printer里面一个main part坏掉了，必须退货。
回信告诉他return可以，但叫他重新用个新的箱子装，我收到后整个开箱的过程要tape
然后做inspection，如果证明是printer本身的main part broke，我可以给他full
refund。否则他要付20% restocking和shipping。return shipping label也寄给他了。
