格下starting yield有点低，看看CAT吧，如果CAT下跌到120左右的话，可以买入长持。
IRM目前价位很好，分红比较高，但有潜在行业风险，公司目前在努力转型中，主要是
主营业务持续下降，未来几年有不确定性。REITs里面有很多别的比IRM好的公司，可以
考虑，比如SPG, VTR，都是好价位分红稳定的好公司 |

O being the center of the trangles, which was a cyclic quadrilateral,
then made a leap of faith because the form of Ptolemy is very attractive
in terms of utilizing the knowns. Actually proving inscribing is probably
not worth it anyway since it would requires strong conditions on the angles
already.
