发帖数: 78 | 1 几个月前在版上问过各位跑侠，跑马是否需要练core，得到了很多肯定的答复，尤其记
得变叔的话“跑马的最后几迈，两条腿都费了，全靠core支撑”，虽有危言耸听之嫌，
但给人印象深刻。我在龙润最后几迈，尤其是三月份练的一次全程，最后大腿和臀部及
腰腹明显不支，于是下决心开始练core，每周到gym参加三到四次core strength group
lesson，自己每天在家跟油管做变叔推荐的8 min abs，两个月下来，6pack基本出来
了，去年还是低头只能看到脚尖的。跑long run最后几迈，随着呼吸，明显感觉的到腹
肌的支撑力量。但group lesson和一群大妈美女一起练，虽然叫core strength，但明
显倾向于abs太多，感觉glutes和upper legs练的还不够。后来有人推荐rowing
machine，在本版也见过推荐，于是想试试，第一个5000M/21min下来，腰腿臀酸痛，顿
有众里寻他千百度之感，于是开始将long run及rest day的cross training由
elliptical改为rowing，感觉是一个不错的core练习，而且省时间... 阅读全帖 |

做底层的东西，做产品，比如我用jboss，在我的工作中
就是j2ee的职位，因为我只要写ejb, servlet这些组件
但是如果我自己写jboss这种商业化产品，就可以看作是core java的职位
当然也有公司吃饱了用core java写全套的东西
比如facebook用core java写网站
我很佩服这种公司，一般我是能用就用，不能用我才会去动手写
尤其是现在大多数时候我都能找到开源的东西，如果是收费的话
我会考虑用core java写
你那么喜欢core java吗？
从main开始写吧，然后无论做什么
你都要想着如何从你写的那个main开始执行
而不是执行其它产品的bin

1. 简单情况，假定有8 cores. 一个process有多个threads, 然后你用affinity指定这
个process只能用 4 of 8 cores, 这样这多个threads由系统决定怎么share这4个core.
2. 多个process每个只有一个thread, 这多个process都被assigned了同样的4个cores(
same affinity)。那应该也是系统决定怎么在这几个process中share这4个core。对吧。
3. 要是单个process单个thread但还是被分了4个core, 这thread是不是也会根据load
在4个core间跳了跳去以达到均衡the load？

我在教育行业做过，我觉得common core也是不得已而为之。
美国教育是很不均衡的，州与州之间，学区与学区之间，差别很大。可以说高中毕业的
最低要求已经低的不能再低。所以，如果做的得当，实行common core，提高教育的基
准线，是有好处的。

很高兴听到内行人的意见！对，美国教育是很不均衡的，不只州与州之间，学区与学区
之间得差别很大，同一个州同一个学区之内，不同社会经济阶层（SES/socioeconomic
status) 之间，不同的种族之间，也差别很大。但是，实行common core 能提高教育的
基准线吗？这种自上而下的全国统一大纲/教材，我们从中国出来的都不陌生吧？中国
当时的“common core”解决了中国教育的不均衡吗？
当然，实行这个最开心的是出教材的和教育考试类公司，他们的市场一下就打开了。

testing 就是好，那就快快采取行动吧！
一边是即有权（联邦和州政府）又有钱（Bill Gates, Pearson 集团，Exon Mobil）的
推动支持方， 一边是以草民父母为主力的反对方，加上一些教育界人士和政界人士，
虽然反对方中左派右派都有，虽然反对的人数逐渐增加，但是，如果论权或是论钱，反
方绝对不是推动支持方的对手。照说，推动支持方似乎不需要什么帮忙。

经常偏左). 直到上星期我得到一位准职业水平的人指点. 此人22岁,练球12年. 5号铁
的击球距离是200到215码,相当准. 我请教他如何打得远和准. 他说:"要想打得远和准
需要击球SOLID. 这可以从HALF SWING开始练起. 其实,半挥杆也可以打得很远." 于是,
我照着他的方法练了两天半挥杆(挥杆结束时,右脚跟仅微微抬起),7号铁的CARRY
DISTANCE便稳定地达到了150码,关键是非常准. 这是我以前无论如何做不到的. 这哥们
还建议我用半挥杆下场打球以检验效果. 在练了半挥杆后,我明显感到腹肌有点疼. 可

MIDSECTION 越扎实， 腿上发动的POWER 越容易没有泄露的转移到肩膀.
关键是如何使用CORE：
是TRUN TRUNK 快些? 还是只是 增加CORE 的TENSION（练武术的人经常通过 宾气收腹
传力）？
其实我最近意识到我的问题不是转身慢， 而是转的太快太猛， FIRE HIP 做的过头了,
没法有效的利用 转身的速度. 其实就是转身慢一点， 也可以用HAND／ARM SPEED 快
一点弥补回来吧。 PRO 中有CORE DOMINANT （STRICKER TYPICIALLY）， 但是也不

如果只是强调 TURN TRUNK FASTER， 我觉得是很难掌握的。
我记得您DRIVER 可以达到 ２７０－ ２９０， 这样的话你的７IRON 放开SWING一般要

GS core strat is not GS IT. GS has a huge IT department that supports all
other groups, including GS core
strats. That means GS core is supported by GS IT dept. On the other hand,
core strats do advanced (that
