你没有被法庭定罪作为一个证据，
打个比方，你在law firm工作，如果被政府告了insider trading，不管你有没有最后
被convicted，你的law firm都可以立即把你解雇，这种事情很多啊。如果law firm认
为你行为不妥，即便达不到进监狱的水平，也可以解雇你
总之，刑事案件标准很高，没有conviction不代表你就没犯错误，有的时候就是技术细
节问题，比如警察证据有什么问题啦，但是你雇主不需要这么高标准，一般只要有

serious concern that the guard in this case may have abused his right. Is

for $80,000 for each year he was behind bars, plus a lifetime annuity. He
could receive $2.4 million in a lump sum that is not subject to federal
income tax.
The compensation law, the nation's most generous, was passed in 2009 by the
Texas Legislature after dozens of wrongly convicted men were released from
prison. Texas has freed 41 wrongly convicted inmates through DNA since 2001
– more than any other state. |
