朋友刚从外州搬到加州几个月却出不幸的事情。车祸肇事导致对方死亡。朋友家里三个
小孩读书。妻子照顾家里，不在外面工作。
事情大概发生不到一个月。当时的情况是朋友的车直行（东西向主路），对面有左转车
。左转车一过朋友的车刚好开过路口，可是左转车的后边有穿过路口的行人（南北向）
。该十字路口无红绿灯也无stop sign。 朋友称当时什么都没看到。可是悲剧还是发生
了。当时朋友早上上班，无醉酒，无使用手机。
事后找了一个律师。本来希望能够在警察出报告之前与警察获得沟通，希望不会出不利
的报告。可是警察拒绝沟通，几天前已经将报告提交给法院。说朋友的车当时超速。这

PARIS -- A French appeals court convicted a woman and her brother on Friday
for "justifying a crime" after her toddler son, named Jihad, went to
preschool in a T-shirt bearing the words "I am a bomb" and "Jihad: Born on
Sept. 11," a defense lawyer said.

his congregation.
