Ajai原来是哈佛法学院的学生。快毕业找工作时，Ajai非法黑进哈佛管理成绩的数据库
，改高了自己几门课的分数，随后把这些成绩发给了他正在申请职位的几个法院。

觉得Ajai成绩单可能有诈，就联系了哈佛。

有前科的话，
通常就是罚款了事。如果在出庭之前能搞到有效驾照的话，就完全无罪了。worst

到了，自己出$1225 premium processing fee三周把H1B办了，出庭的时候出示有效驾
照就没
问题了。

清楚这个记录是免掉了点数还是conviction的记录？
比如在俺们VA，记录里会有两部分，一部分是conviction，就是被确认的违规，另一部
分就是对应的点数（VA叫demerit point）,有些轻微的conviction不会有点数，但会被
记入driving record。两部分的removal time也不一样，点数自违规日期两年后清，
conviction则视情节严重程度而定，最严重的罪名一辈子都会在record上，而且也是保
险公司评定等级的参考。
所以想请教一下各位前辈提到的上庭免记录是免了点数还是连conviction也都免了，如
果是后者的话是怎么做到的呢？多谢了！ |

回来查了一下，怎么有的网站说如果是非美国公民，拿PBJ对自己不利，会被遣返，真的
假的？

哪个州很重要，有些州是联网在一起的，但是很少
外州驾照一般不会被扣分，但是钱必须要交，否则信用有问题！
