Honestly if I have more conviction last year, I would have already made
250K since last May. But I worried too much and sold a lot through

went through a lot of trouble and only made 100K instead. |

ready, not just for this I-485, but for any non-immigration related future

conviction conditionally. Anyway, you can do some expungement work after
some period in order to delete your record permanently.
I don't think a misdemeanor will affect your I485. But begin and finish the
expungement process as soon as possible if you don't feel comfortable. |

结局时，fox 对butler 说道，你教会了我不跟凶手交易。这跟开头butler的案件相呼
应。因为一开始时，正是fox一味追求conviction rate，才导致了其跟arby的律师交易
。butler后来说了，你连上庭试一试都没有。
开头fox 跟跟他的头头（应该是DA）在楼梯上谈话时更正了自己接手案件的conviction
rate。我记得那只是<1%的差别，这是对这差别的更正，也说明了fox一味追求

，一方先使用暴力，另一方在觉得自己受到imminent bodily threat的时候可以用
deadly force自卫。当然这是个悲剧，但是先动手的在悲剧中绝对是有不小责任的。
