我住的apartment叫 Highlands at Plaza Square, 在ratingapartment.com评价一般,
但我觉的是大家期望太高.
先说缺点:
贵, one bedroom算上discount还要$1500 左右,不包水电. $70/month parking, $500/
lease 杂费. 当然 这也是致命的缺点.
优点:
1.downtown 的各种餐馆都步行可及, trainstation 步行八分钟.
2. 地下停车,免得扫雪了.
3. 室内的装修还不错,大窗户, 采光好. 但是冬天heating多一些.
4. 免费健身房,桑拿, 游泳池, clubroom with pool table. 免费传真,打印, 免费
cablevision和internet, concierge desk service.
5, 可以养狗;
6. 安全性,我觉得还好, 晚上9,10点钟, 有很多人在downtown的餐馆吃饭, 就是在
trainstation边上 |
