model，有的是fee for care，others are fee for extra care model. 然而如果这个
医生与你的保险公司的协议里有hold-harmless clause那么这个医生有breach of
contract，我也不是很清楚这种violation你作为被保险人有没有standing to sue/
complain.
这种模式的优点是医生有更多incentive to provide day to day medical service，
比如你可以当天找到大夫，随时available，至于医疗质量如何要看人。如果你特别喜
欢某个PCP非他/她不找，那么这是你唯一的选择没得挑。如果不是那么没必要交这个年
费，家庭医生实在是太多了，又不是specialist除了这人全城就没人会看你的病，我个
人的建议。 |

Express has. Nothing too special.
One benefit is that there is no pre-set spending limit, which means you can
spend more than your limit without being turned down. Don't know whether
over-limit fee will be applied or not. The bad thing is visa signature doesn
't report the credit limit to your credit report, it is like you always use
100% on that card and could lower the overal ratio of balance to limit. |

点。这个是他们自己承认的。他们最大的好处就是，当你去别的国家旅游，语言不通的
时候，你可以打电话给他们，让他们帮忙预订餐馆之类的。 |

发帖数: 243 | 9 各家高级卡中，Visa有Visa Signature, AMEX有Centurion, MasterCard有World Elite。
Signature发卡量最大品种也多，包括最流行的Sapphire Preferred, United Explorer
和US Cash+。
Centurion不在讨论范畴，不必说了，有的人也不上本版；
World Elite的品种和发卡量也都太少，较常见的是Chase Ink Bold和Citi Executive
AAdvatage，不太常见的是Ameriprise和Saks发的，卡的外观区别在红和橙色的MC标志
换成金属银色。
同属于高级卡，World Elite跟Visa Signature都一样有年费，值不值得就仁者见仁了
，像老美更在乎concierge礼宾服务的，年费不算多。
其实还有个无年费的World Elite卡，版中大多数人都有，只是没有激活，猜猜是那个

1. chase是上报signature卡的实际额度的。以前BOA不报额度，但现在BOA也报了。我
印象中现在没有哪家还不报额度的了
2. 这个signature没多少含金量。基本上就是concierge和可以超出额度花一点。比较
重要的benefit像return protection，platinum版本的也有 |

记不太清了。剩下两天玩了ATV tour，自己开车上了magic mountain。还玩了一个
shark—dolphin tour。另外IC网络是收费的(我是platinum ambassador)，他们自己的
餐厅也比较坑爹，不过通过concierge可以订的一些饭店还挺不错的，吃的量大不贵还
有免费车接送，免费上网。我们还多买了一些放在冰箱里当第二天的中饭。 |

还车呢？3天的话住hilton比较亏，而且moorea就算是hilton diamond也是要付钱才能
升水上屋的，当然IC用点数订的理论上也不能免费升级，不过5月份应该人不会像圣诞
那么多，碰到好一点的manager也可能会免费升级的。所以不如全住在IC。 |

platinum多一些好处，如24x7 concierge什么的。还有signature是no preset
spending limit，所以你理论上可以超过credit limit透支，没有over credit limit
fee，当然超太多还是会decline。还有BofA不报告signature card的实际额度 |

酒店集团往往有一些特殊的高端级别存在，如Hyatt/ Ritz-Carlton都有一些秘密level。
或许知道的人不多，一般也不太可能达到。
简单而言，达到这样的level，住酒店只要一定reservation，一般都会自动upgrade到
最好的套房（特殊suite）。房间里已经摆放好各种水果snacks等等。提供in room
breakfast。
check-in的时候会genearal manager下楼亲自问候，并护送去房间。
甚至Ritz-Carlton还提供不需要预定酒店就可以随时进入全球任何Ritz-Carlton的club
level游玩。
Hyatt Courtesy Card也还好，还是有点人能到达的：到处住Hyatt多，然后经常定定会
议在Hyatt估计3-5年内是有希望的。
后者Ritz Carlton Cobalt的确比较罕见。当然Ritz Carlton Rewards运作时间还不够
长，以后会原来越多的。

而Marriott信用卡普通的offer虽然是70Kpoints，但不需要交任何年费第一年
paid stay是得自己掏钱交房费的Ritz入住才能用，而且是比较贵的best rate，便宜的
corporate rate大都不行。
所以这个信用卡给的benifits只适合真正经常砸钱去住Ritz的人。只为了申请信用卡拿
个bonus，去拿marriott的更合适。
club level是类似concierge lounge一样的一个贵宾室，一天到晚有各种吃喝，大型商
务类酒店都会有。往往club level也是让你入住在相同的楼层面。 |

points based on your tier. 20k points/night for Diamond and 10k points/night
for Platinum.
With the new program, there's no set conversion yet. Hyatt Concierge on
Twitter said that it would be reviewed case by case. The flexibility here
can definitely be valuable
It sounds reasonable have the conversion rate at 10k points/night for
Discoverist, 15k points/night for Explorist, and 20k points/night for
Globalist.

部分人留下来的，起码可以赚回来一部分钱。这部分人虽然消费不多，但是也因此没有
薅掉AMEX太多福利，每年能用上的大概也就是一两次lounge，顶多一次FHR，450/550的
年费交上去最后谁赚谁赔很清楚吧，虽然AMEX赚的不多但是聊胜于无。反观你所说的中
高收入非撸卡群体，每年travel好多次，在lounge里面拖家带口，FHR concierge等各
种福利用个遍，最后给AMEX带来的价值真心不见得能高多少。。
