(or 5-6min walk). Close to all transportation, shops, parks, schools and
restaurants. Parking space is available.
Rent is $2800/month (each bedroom is $1400/month), gas and hot water
included. The following furniture is available: TV, wardrobe, washer and
dryer, glass tea table (upon request), whole kitchen sets, etc. 6-month
lease minimum. 1-month rent as deposit.
A lovely and safe neighborhood, just beside the main street. Also quiet and
