房子多大我比较糊涂。。。大概有个六七百square feet？反正我觉得一个人和一只狗
住是足够足够。客厅挺大。都有大窗子，有空调，采光非常好。一个block away就是
huderson河边，那边有riverside公园和大道，落日景色极好。这个小区是比较高档的
我觉得，很多散步的，溜冰的，遛狗和遛小孩的。楼下面就是一个大的很不错的
grocery store，一般吃的都有，包括鸡爪羊腿之类很多美国超市没有的东西，很方便
。厨房和卫生间都挺大的。
楼里面有投币洗衣房，免费健身房，24小时doorman收包裹啥的很方便。干洗服务都是
上门收衣服和drop off，脏衣服扔在concierge第二天等着收就行了。楼下还有车库，
是另外付钱的，一个月两百多。隔壁楼有更大的健身房，有教练有室内泳池的那种，对
我们这边租户优惠一个月好像才六七十块钱。不过我没用。。。反正免费的小健身房对
我来说足够了。

年年初，大多数小区的均价差不多翻了一倍，如今三环四环沿线每平10万以上的房子比
比皆是，已经正式进入了10万+时代——而这还只是非学区房的情况。
这个问题其实很难有一个明确的 yes or no 式的答案，因为房价是一个太复杂的东西
，受到很多很多因素的影响。
你很难在两个天差地别的城市里，找到两处地段、环境、户型、朝向、年限等各方面条
件都类似的房子，做一个理想状态下的比较。
更不用说两个国家的房地产市场模式以及税收和贷款政策也很不一样，比如中国买房一
般算建筑面积，而美国买房一般算实用面积。
再比如，中国的房子一般有普通住宅、公寓、别墅和商住两用房之分；而在美国则分成
house， townhouse，multi-family home 以及在大城市常见的高层公寓楼等类型。
纽约的公寓楼还有一个很变态的情况，根据产权分成 condo 和 coop 两种。前者类似
中国的商品房，而后者则很难在国内找到对应。一栋 coop 公寓楼，大致可以看成是一
