这是我从LV的MGM hotel book上面抄下来的一些标准。
Waitstaff: 15-20% of bill before tax. At a buffet, $1-$2 per person is
appropriate for the person who brings your drinks.
Valet: $1-$2 per car.
Dealer: Tip the amount of your average bet, once or twice an hour.
Cocktail Server: $1-$2 per drink.
Concierge: Between $2-$20 per appointment.
Taxi Driver: 15% of fare.
Hourse Keeper: $1-$2 per day.

个保险，说国内飞机票都要同时买保险。我自己在这边买票还没有买过，查了一下，他
们倒是有一个保险的选项，叫做啥子Trip Protector，100美刀，我又看了一下
coverage,结果怎么觉得和国内我们那种航空保险不是一回事呢？没有涉及任何人身安
全和人寿保险的类别，保的都是行李行程啥的
这样的保险有用吗？那怎么买那种国内航班买的人身保险呢？多谢！

/ Dental,如果来几个月$25刀就当买个放心岂不是很合算？看了一下terms &
condition，没看出来太多猫腻，除了exclude pre-existing medical condition，也
没有说必须是us resident。
有经验的给谈谈？

17楼，水是我们这里漏的，但怎么漏到11楼就奇怪了！），11楼的直接找他们的
insurance company修了，现在insurance company告到法院，要求我们付这个账单，数
目不小。
前段时间我在国内的时候，法院给我寄了封certified mail（我估计是court summon）
，名字完全是错的，因我人在国内，LD没有替我签收，现在信还在楼下concierge那里
。我想请教版上的老大们，这封信我要不要签收？
我并不是想ignore法院的信，我也知道这改变不了lawsuit的事实。我现在正在积极寻
找律师。大家有认识nj的好的律师也请给我介绍。但不知道我是否有obligation接受这
封名字错误的信？拒收是不是会为我赢取更多的时间来打这场官司？这样做会有什么法
律后果吗？如果我拒收这封信，法院会不会采取进一步措施，像freeze bank account
等等？不过现阶段看起来他们现在连我正确的名字都不清楚。

medicine, which you can find in both China and US, depending on how much you
want to pay out of pocket.
So, if you have a ton loads of cash, yes, you can get the care wherever you
want to be, even in a space ship.
In the current system we are discussing here in this forum, yes, it might
not be fair for everyone, but it's accessible and affordable for majority
people relatively comparing to China.

not sure whether this system is "accessible and affordable for majority
mean by in china, patients can visit many hospitals concurrently, plenty of
country side cancer patients pretty much visit the all the top cancel
treatment hospital in beijing, before they decide what to do. I know this
because I have run into many while my dad was treating cancer. Yes, the ER
in this system is more accessible to people who can't pay, but does ER treat

去夏威夷吧。我上次去Kuai，Maui都很不错。两周够了。你想要的高山流水，海天一色
，森林幽谷都齐了。Maui那个火山公园那儿有一处也有大漠孤烟的感觉。火山公园那块
儿看下面的火山秃秃的，据我朋友说，在那儿许愿，都可以美梦成真。那个公园顶上的
云海很美丽，很象仙境。Kuai比较安静，我参加过一个kayak tour去看瀑布的，hiking
，kayaking，山清水秀的，感觉很好。另外，你自己也不需要plan啥，去了旅店，一般
都有 concierge service，你直接跟他们定就可以了。
途中是否能跟谁相遇，那是天意。但你回来，一定会心情好的。
夏威夷去结婚的多，如果你觉得那样会影响心情，就别去了。夏威夷很美貌，我是觉得
值得的。 |

Anyway, 不管是掌上医生还是telemedicine, 都是利用技术手段实现concierge
medicine的概念，区别在于服务人群，也就是市场定位不同。telemedicine 的门槛更
高一些

如果你的理想境界就是老中开一堆半死不活的小诊所，象开餐馆那样主打价格优势，那
就实在没劲了。印巴人人数多，所以干啥的都有。华人人数少，开私人诊所不是我们整
体的特长，当然不排除有象你这样的特别适合的，但对于大多数华人医生而言，只能做
到个半死不活的境界。君不见最近DC那个华人医生想做concierge，都被这里骂翻天了

是这个命运，而那些小诊所，你可能还不了解，他们才是真正有发展权的业主。仓鼎实
而知礼节，我知道的CMG给residency program捐款的不少，可以想象他们对我们将来的
CMG进program的帮助。这些CMG无一例外是private practice。 |

如果能，PCP的出路应该是 Cash pay. 慢性病患者则应该参加Concierge plan. 让保险

到。前面8个我个人是must have。另外CCB价格是$7500.
MY2016还要出Competition Package，按F10 M5上这个option的价格($7300)来看，估计
M3/M4的也便宜不了，到那个时候估计只要走Performance这条道这车怎么配都不低于8
万。

the 50" Panasonic Viera S30 Plasma for $730 - $100 instant rebate = $630
out the door. Picked one up last night with a membership ($55 gets you 2
cards for a year). This comes with a 2 year warranty (Costco added a year),
and Costco Concierge Technical Support (whatever that is), along with their
90 day return policy.

往后，只怕连他们也看不见，因为花招是层出不穷的。
而且，我看往后医院也会搞出类似的政策，总之是你不多掏钱就不让你得到应有的服务。 |
