little bit late (acknowledge email received at 11:20pm, 11/19 PST. Still
hear nothing.
One possible downside is that I used Hyatt's "Platinum Challenge" for a
summer stay, which expired (of course without meeting the requirement) in
September. Not sure if that would affect my change.

Hilton, Marriott, and IHG (any level) would match to Platinum membership
status. Please email a screen shot of your activity page (with at least 1
eligible stay this year) with a competitor. We have had a lot of requests
and are expecting a 48 hour response time. We will match your status
accordingly. Welcome back to Hyatt! ^as" |

Sent email with Hilton Gold and screenshot of recent stay. Also, attached
SPG gold(thanks to Amex Platinum) even though no stay. Acknowledgement
received on 11:19pm PST, 11/19 (Thursday midnight). Successful diamond
status confirmation received on 11am PST, 11/22 (today)
Log in and confirmed the diamond status. However, no item such as suite
upgrade in "My awards" part.
