话（sailing的接近0），radiation horizon大致是40nm，实际有效通讯距离只是目视
距离而已，所以Ch16只是船舶进出港，建立联系时用的呼叫频率，对落水人员的SAR没
什么实际作用。
事实上只要一离开第一岛链进入太平洋往美国开，基本上就是水平如镜的茫茫大海，连
朵云都看不到，你船开上1-2天都不会碰到一个生物，Ch16很多时候一个星期都不会有
什么聊天信号。
坑主要考过solas safety of life at sea的话就会明白，人员落水的生存时间一般不
会超过24小时，这个时间基本决定于水温而不是什么设备，所以你要在大洋中落水的话
，只能目视通信的vhf根本救不了你的命。
所以郭船长出海时只戴了劳力士Deepsea，什么劳什子的狗屁信标都没带---因为凡是放
过洋的知道，落水了基本就别想活着回来。 |

8月4日，是张连德先生所在的海岸线监狱（Coastal Georgia Prison）的家庭日/
Family Day。
每年两次家庭日。这一天，可以允许最亲近家庭成员，进入监狱牢房（而不仅仅是我在
第一篇里所说的，牢房外的广庭大众的聚会），和服刑者在一起，度过白天的光阴，直
到3点。而且还允许家属带食物进去。
张连德错过了一次。所以，张连德的太太和她的哥嫂，为了这一天就提前开始准备了。
中国胃在美国监狱里，真是太受罪了。本来，张先生的手艺是非常好的，在家时，都是
他每天烹调，好吃好喝地呵护照顾太太。他是多么想啊，好好尝尝久违了的中式饭菜啊
。张太太的哥哥，也是厨艺极高，他们多么想好好地犒劳一下张连德啊。
可是，监狱有规定，带进去的食物必须是由饭店或任何商店制作的才行。而且，还要求
必须是商业的透明的原包封装，还要有商业出品的标签封口。还要有正式的商业发票。
这也是完全在情理之中的。想想看，我们看过多少文艺作品，和案例报道，数百年来，
甚至上千年来，人们可以在夹带进监狱的食物中，大做文章。比如，夹带小工具，刀片
