这事得从《联合国海洋法公约》说起。联合国海洋公约，United Nations Convention
on the Law of the Sea， 从1958年开始谈判，到1982年谈判完成，前后折腾了25年时
间。谈判完成后，正式批准生效遵守的国家有60个，中国于1996年批准承认并遵守这一
破公约。目前这个公约有到目前有152个国家缔约，但很多与海洋无关，只是签约赚便
宜而已。
美国在张罗忽悠各国签署加入这一公约后，自己却以国会不批准为由，决绝履行这一公
约。原因是美国引用其总统杜鲁门在1945年第二次世界大战结束时宣布的美国领海基线
为大陆架的原则不变。至于这大陆架到底延伸到距离海岸多远的地方，美国从来不说。

states, including some neighboring South China Sea coastal states, agree
with the Chinese view on the EEZ (like Malaysia) and others follow the
Chinese view on the territorial sea (like Vietnam). So although the US

我的牙医保险是Principal，先是去Principal的网站上，找了个离家近的牙医诊所。在
Buckhead的Coastal Dental。唉，里面收费，预约的服务员服务态度差得不得了。不过
几个女医生还比较Nice，所以我也就忍了。给我深度清洁了一个牙齿后，她们推荐我去
另外一个Coastal Dental的连锁医生拔牙。这次我就涨了个心眼，去Kuzdu和Yelp上看
了看他们的Review。天，那个要给我拔牙的医生就没有一个好的Review，吓得我不行，
赶快换医生。找了第二个Review不错的医生给了一下Second Opinion，然后第二个医生
告诉我Coastal Dental给我清洗牙齿，做得并不干净，导致我的牙龈发炎。然后给了我
一个推荐医生拔牙。我又去看了看这个推荐医生的拔牙Review，还算不错，所以我就去
看了这个拔牙医生。
今天刚见了这个拔牙医生，是个年纪很大的白人医生，他和助理们态度都不错。今天给
我的报价是奖金1700美元拔四颗智慧牙，感觉报价还在我的心理范围承受内，我的保险

马路回来。一点一点增加距离的时候最开心，因为又可以去到以前没去过的地方了（虽
然会迷路。。。）。就像玩游戏，开疆拓土那样。我曾经想，我要是能把local的
coastal path跑到底就好了，然后今年5月惊闻噩耗，整个国家的coastal path都被连

我从robert那里要来了08年LIA法律小组对起诉奥本排期捆绑的可行性报告。大家看看

虽然这个报告的意见比较负面，但我们相信长江后浪拍前浪，前浪必死沙滩上。新PD们
