类有关,rocker类的比camber的一般要长一些,因为rocker的接触雪的面积少。还跟人

雪道有关。

this is what i am currently doing:
there is 1 main gwent side quest, Velen players or something like that. ( I
think there is another one for InnKeepers)
i go follow that quest, riding horse and explore all the villages and ?
along the path. If i take and side quest from the village, I can see on the
quest list what is the suggested level, I have several that's like 15~20'ish
or something. I just ignore them.
when roaming and explore the ? marks, just go near one, on foot, slowly step

You can try this. It is for lower back pain.
Pelvic tilts: lie on the back with the legs bent and feet hip distance apart

差别挺大啊~~~
不过,想起以前参加过一个学校ballroom dance的party,和几个男生跳后,很有趣的
是发现他们都参加过学生ballroom dance team面对全校学生开的那种入门的培训班,
salsa, chacha, swing等 basic footwork follow各自的音乐节奏,但是arm的pattern
一抹一样,连顺序都一样。偶跳过几个后,基本无语了。。。

routine的确不太一样,但也有很多相似处。不过俺的swing向来没多大进步,后来就干
脆salsa充数了,呵呵,踩上点have fun 就行了

其实区别还是很多的。比如salsa的cross body,没见swing的人跳过, 这个是salsa
combo 的基础动作。而swing的 Charleston 是在salsa 里根本做不出来的。跟不要说
根本的lindy hop (很不喜欢这个,转的头昏眼花的). 混淆的就是east coast时做的手
腕上的动作。很久没有认真学新东西了。人懒阿,跳舞是根本啥也不想。

偶觉得lindy是给精力充沛的年轻人的,我体力不好,3分钟就要倒下了。
另外,今年夏天上了几次swing的private class,instructor是个白人年轻人(大学刚
毕业),他说:如果喜欢swing
的话,不如每周四晚上去我们城里一个最有名的lindy hop studio,都是我们这个年纪
的,比较fun。

这首”The blower’s daughter”是”The closer”里的主打歌。我不记得是先看了
The closer才注意到了Damien Rice, 还是在那以前就很喜欢他了。来自爱尔兰的
Damien出的唱片很少,我以前反反复复听的,其实就一张:O,后来又出了一张“9”。
我听着也是好的,不过对这个完美主义者,第二张显然是不够他的标准。他本来只打算
出一张O, 后来大概抵不住诱惑,出了 “9”。然后自己后悔了,说:"Now I regret
that, because I would take half the songs that are on 9 off. I just don't
think it's good as a record as it could be"

lens. That's how RX1, RX100 or X100s are designed.
Probably, camera companies need to find a different way to mount the lens to

对焦速度赶上入门单反了,特别是弱光环境表现很好。
镜头做得更小了,特别是变焦。有14-45,和14-42等。
有大光圈镜头了,定焦有了一大批F1.8和F1.4,基本满足日常拍摄对背景虚化的要求。
芯片高感有了一个突破,1600可用了,配大光圈定焦,可以应付大多数晚上室内灯光的
人像拍摄了。
最后就是相机做得好看了。特别是Olympus推出的E Pen系列机身和镜头。
下一步应该是大光圈变焦镜头的突破,Olympus马上要推一个新的。
还有就是要把价格降下来。等产量上去了以后,应该会降。
最后M43可能是实用性,便携性和价格一个比较好的平衡点。
我还是看好E-P5。
同时愤愤为什么一堆APS革命机厂商不好好琢磨吧镜头做小,对焦做更快。当然M4/3镜
头小轻,马达推动的效果更快一点,所以的对焦快。

1. Get in close
It was the famous photojournalist Robert Capa who once said "If your
photographs aren’t good enough, you’re not close enough.” He was talking
about getting in amongst the action. If you feel like your images aren’t ‘
popping’, take a step or two closer to your subject. Fill the frame with
your subject and see how much better your photo will look without so much
wasted space. The closer you are to the subject, the better you can see
their facial expressions too.
