He god DQed from 2.5 league. But become C rated 3.0. Then He can't be DQed
any more. So he dominate 3.0,3.5,4.0 league for coupe of years.

very well. There are always some 4.0 players in 3.0 league, even 4.5 players
there.
By USTA definition, most of players in National round get benchmarked. So
most of 3.0 National round players should be at least 3.5.
Also throw some games isn't the best way to avoid DQ. There are many tricks
of USTA league. Team complain may work but it all depends upon the local
cooridinator.

playoff/section/national, it is still under 13 maches per season.
And you can try a lot of new weapons in these games, e.g. half volley, SV,
powerful 2nd serve, return winners.

我们这里是个10几万人的小town，club就6，7个。我现在所在的team所属的club组队（

多数时候不止一个队），一共夺得过两次state的champion。当时打2.5的，现在都被升
到3.5和
4.0了，打3.0的都被升到4.0和4.5了。
我们FL应该在national里面不弱，尤其是senior的teams。
反正我们这里只有有NTPR的rank，绝对不能违背，就是肯定不能打低水平的比赛。

get to Sectional round. Then sectional champion got a chance to play in
National champion round.

我这里很多人都是成年以后打球的，从2.5打起，现在有的打到4.5.
我知道一个人，就是家庭主妇，最小的小孩上大学开始正式打球的，从3.0打起，第二
年降级到2.5，结
果一路打到national champion game，当然小组没出线。然后第三年打3.5，第四年就
打adult和
senior了（岁数不小了吧），然后现在打到4.5了。
另外一个是和女儿一起学球队，女儿5岁开始学，她送去觉得自己干等着浪费时间，就
也和教练学，之前
连网球拍都没摸过，现在女儿9岁，她打4.0了都。
就是重在参与，没有这个league，那些初学者怎么通过比赛找到乐趣和提高的
motivation啊。

isn't State Chamption concept in USTA org.
Also there are 17 Sections in USTA National round. It all depends upon
tennis population. And CA has two Sections.

如果想在里面打出成绩，就必须遵守这些潜规则。存在就是合理的。这和你能不能接受
毫无关系。
我一开始也受不了这种做法。最后还是痛苦的发现这是唯一可行之路。

虽然section与state是不同的concept,但鳄鱼mm说的也没错.因为FL是自己一个state为
一个section called Florida section,所以FL section chamption就是FL state
chamption.
