It depends. Track racers or sprinters or time trialists have very strong
legs. Climbers or all around cyclists have leaner legs but definitely not
without strong muscles either.
Cycling is the best way to get rid of fat on your legs and shape/tone up
your leg muscles. Legs are what cyclists are most proud of.
But, pro cyclist does subject to the danger of losing bone mass since

true. but on the other hand, you have to understand, they are probably safer
doing this than some people crossing the street, simply because they are
some of the best climbers in the world. I have soloed routes where if I fell

We have a group of Chinese people here doing group rides in the weekends but

In fact I believe the whole sky team is doped, probably save Cavendish.
It's hard to believe Sky's performance in TDF this year. They dropped the
climbing specialists in the mountains and demolished TT specialists in TT.
And it's not only Wiggins or Froome --- it's the whole team. When did you
see Mick Rogers climb so good and so consistent? Remember he's 33 years old.
He was a TT specialist, never a climber.

These have endured.

There are several statements here I don't agree with.
1. For any male who lifts weights regularly with some flexibility/stability

2. I have a lot of respect for rowers, who are usually very tough. But
rowing depends on lower body much more than upper body, if done correctly.

There are tons of sport specific exercises that produce strength gain, and
they might be good for cross training. But it doesn't mean simple pull/push

I looked up on bouldering grades and rock climbers have tremendous pulling
strength and grip strength.
You can build beyond human strength by using leverage in holding static
