MOUNT HOOD, Ore. - An experienced climber died after falling 1,000 feet on
Mount Hood on Thursday morning.
Clackamas County Sheriff's Office spokesman Sgt. Adam Phillips said rescue
crews found Mark Cartier, 56, around the 10,000 foot mark on the mountain.
He was descending from the summit when he fell.

位置hold住几秒的。
我觉得rock climber的训练注重能hold很久，尤其是不同位置都能hold住。还有是用手
指头不是整个手。但是手臂力量其实不见得多强，因为rock climber只需要对抗自重。
所以专业的基本都是精瘦类型的，没有大块头的。举铁估计跟版上的比都挺弱的。
我挺喜欢rock climber的体型的，只有两点儿不好，越厉害的，前臂越是明显的粗，还
有手指头也很粗。 |

Authorities say a 67-year-old rock climber fell to his death after losing
his grip on a steep rockface at Joshua Tree National Park. A second climber
was injured.

potty training一直很头疼，可能因为狠不下心坚持crate他。
现在的情况是，
我大概3个小时带他出门尿一次，
但是他基本在每1-2个小时的时候就会自己去pad上尿。
我最初是pad training的，所以一直留了一个pad在厕所，不敢撤掉。
我并不介意他愿意在pad上尿尿，但是我感觉他没有憋尿的意识。
另外，大概每3天，他就会在家里地毯上有一次accident，地点并不固定。我有用专门
的清洗液清洗，但是我觉得无法完全祛除他尿过的痕迹。
然后，不管是在车里还是在别人家，只要他见到人很激动，就会尿尿。
想请问有经验的，我该怎么样让狗狗不在不该尿的地方尿呢？按道理来说，4个月的狗
憋5个小时是没问题的呀。

sports climber，trad也爬过些single-pitch了，但爬multi-pitch简直就让人发指。
我们等她lead一个pitch等得都快冻死了。天都快黑了还非要lead一个5.9 full rope-
length pitch，本来说好了bail的，等她上来不由分说就一定要lead，而且还是trad
anchor，最后所有人只能leave gear and bail in the dark。下来以后居然还一点都
不feel sorry，下到底下不停地兴奋地说自己那个pitch怎么惊险，我在大黑天地了
trail，站在那里等她，都想骂娘了，不知道没到家你就还没安全啊。晚上睡觉前说，
今天真是good day啊，我都想打人了，13 hr day, bail in the dark，没有epic的唯
一原因就是我们另外两个人以前在这里爬过，知道几乎所有的repel station的位置，
和trail的位置。错就错在我们另外两个人没有强烈反对。以后该bail就要bail，我太
