用angel hair，或者thin spaghetti，加一点italian sauce，凉凉的很好吃，口味清
新。
沙拉的话，像土豆沙拉，鸡肉沙拉这种，还有各种蔬菜，就像Fogo de Chao的那些沙拉
，超级好吃。
有保温杯的话可以带浓汤和chili。土豆汤，各种squash汤，番茄汤，火腿汤，Kale汤
。。。chili也有各种口味，红的，白的，烟熏的。。。
我觉得还可以做越南三明治。 |

我想波士頓了 我想大家了 我想吃東西了 把我吃過的大波士頓美食總結一次吧~

今天阳光明媚,万里无云,九月份的天气虽然已经退去了盛夏的热浪,然而高照的艳阳依
旧让人狗都敬畏. 于是明智的狗妈在临出门的那一刹那,给自己涂上了防晒霜. 一意孤
行的狗爹执意拒绝狗妈的好意,最终被炎热而残酷的太阳公公授予了一条人狗都嘲笑的
红领巾!
这是宝儿第一次参加比赛,也是狗妈第一次作为星妈出场,一切都来的太突然了....
原来一夜暴富虽然不可能,但是一夜爆红却是如此的简单.
来到2011 Dog Olympics 的比赛现场,我们怀着捐钱的心态买了一张(Best Beggar)参加
比赛的入场券,后来小农狗妈发现原来一旦入场,只要再花一块钱,就可以报第二场比赛,
于是我们决定,广泛撒网,普遍培养,本着买彩票的立场又去报了两项( Limbo, Howling

作为午饭有点小贵，作为晚饭好像菜式不够多，停车产很挤。不过那个鲺目鱼汤面很赞，是整条去头去尾的鲺目鱼做的鱼汤，然后另外一碗青菜面让你自己烫。肉羹米粉好像肉羹不够浓，蒜味有点重。红烧牛肉宽面很不错，有点手工面的样子。刨冰看着也很不错。

vinegar，甚至不用dressing，但是有人喜欢creamy salad dressing，怎么办呢？
不妨自己用Greek yogurt做dressing，如果还嫌不够creamy，再加点打碎的avocado 进
去。调味就看自己了，我一般会放点盐 胡椒 和新鲜香料进去（basil, cilantro都很
合适），还可以放点辣酱（比如印度菜常用的green chili sauce，或者墨西哥菜常用
的red chili sauce）。一小盒Fage Greek yogurt调好以后，可以吃3-4次。
比如这个，就是用Fage total 0% Greek yogurt, avocado, green chili sauce,
chopped green olive调成的沙拉酱。

We might forget the Chili but keep the Gorge section.
Chili has 6 fatals and Gorge only one.
The only one happen show it was on high water. That's why I came to

你知道啥，又没说你，至于激动成这样么。我第一次接人，一个女的两个男的，带他们
去吃了chilis，男生倒还不错，没说什么，女生jjww话一堆，说rib不好吃太咸之类的
，而且后来内女的还跟人说，真ws啊，就靠一个chilis也想追我。我当时觉得wtf，我
都有女朋友了，你这种货色谁看的上啊？而且学生去吃chilis算不错了吧。之后从不主
动帮女生，除非打电话指名找我的。
我没让他们感恩戴德啊，你这话从哪说起，不要随便对号入座啊。lz发贴，我挺lz，就

能和猫相处，后来把绵绵带到我家，CHILI很快就适应了。我试过上班的时候把天天，

发帖数: 14561 | 21 CHILI第一次送去DOG CAMP的时候，我直接把他放了２天一晚，在那里他就紧张，不知
道是SEPERATION ANXIETY还是紧张那里大狗多，不吃不喝，回家的路上吐的一踏糊涂。
当天晚上就明显肚子疼，大概每２０分钟吐一次，不吐就绻在床上不动。折腾一晚上，
然后第二天开始拉稀，一天拉２０多次，还好那时候我爸妈在，白天他们照顾（赞一下
，我妈专门准备了温水，每次CHILI拉完回来给他用软布占温水洗+按磨PG）。去看医生
告诉说脱水，但是查不出问题，不是细菌，医生怀疑是压力导致的。最后就背了个骡驼
水袋回了家。我去咨询TRAINER，又被告诉说压力不可能导致这么大的生理反映。反正
就成了一个迷。后来我就半天送他去CAMP，然后延长成一天，这个现象再也没有出现过。
PACK的问题让他们在你的监督下慢慢培养吧。我朋友有只大龄女澳牧，很DOMINANT，
CHILI也不是省油的灯，那时候天天还在，充分发挥他酵姆起哄的的作用，三狗过了１
０多天，我们上班把他们分开，回家让他们自己去适应对方，有争吵，但也慢慢调节好
了，有玩有吵架总是正常的，小孩子吗! 主要是让他们知道自己不是老大，爸爸妈妈三 |

下跳。我走路也好，看电视也好，经常会有不明飞行物从肩膀甚至头上横越。小黑胆小
也不甘落后，拖个大屁股东张西望跟在两个妹妹后面，所以我还要额外注意脚下的地雷
。辣椒忙死了，秩序太乱维持不过来，他越追猫妹妹们玩的越欢！小白经常利用个小的
优势，引诱CHILI追她，然后贴身藏在楼梯台阶上，看CHILI上上下下的白跑。
吃饭前更是热闹，小黄的喵喵声，小白娇滴滴的喀喀声，小黑的无声，CHILI的哔哔声

发帖数: 272 | 29 French cuisine 确实不喜欢放太多调料，法式的主要是靠wine, butter, lime/lemon
等调味，然后由经过不同方式烹饪出来的几个部分叠加出层次，最后汇总出来的。
意大利人比较喜欢各种 spice，美国的cajun food也很善于使用spice。Spices 是一个
欧美人使用 herb 的很好的例子，品种多样，味道特异。好的厨师一般对 spices 有比
较好的驾驭能力，知道怎么样混合适合哪种原料。
至于“鲜”这个概念，欧美的主要做法是用各种 stock，货真价实的用原料做出来的
stock 其实味道非常鲜，跟中国人的汤有异曲同工之妙。当然超市里卖的鸡精什么的大
部分是味精。
墨西哥人对各种 chili pepper很有研究，他们的chili有各种辣椒用不同方法做出来的
，味道差异很大。反之中国菜的辣似乎都是辣的一个味道。
地中海一带使用goat cheese和 olive 很多，个人真心喜欢各种olive。
以上仅举例说明欧美人并不是对于原料和herb一无所知，他们有很多中国人没有的东西
。各个菜系使用方法不同而已。 |

在Nytimes上找了一个recipe，如下
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil or peanut oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 sprig curry leaves, leaves stripped from stem (see note)
4 to 5 dried red chilies
1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
1 1/2 cups chana dal (yellow split peas), rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 2-inch piece cinnamon stick
2 cloves, crushed in a mortar and pestle
2 cardamom pods, lightly crushed in a mortar and pestle

材料：
韩国辣椒（Korean chili），姜，蒜粒，洋葱，苹果/梨，炒熟白芝麻，花椒；
盐；一次性薄膜手套；密封瓶
做法：
1.辣椒去蒂，姜去皮，同蒜粒一起洗干净，晾干。
2.辣椒剁碎，加入剁碎的洋葱和苹果果肉拌匀，加盐拌匀后搓揉剁碎的菜末到辣椒色变
稍稍深绿断生的样子。静置一夜。
3.姜蒜打碎成末，加到剁辣椒里，并且加入芝麻粒和花椒粒，拌匀后静置4-6小时。
4.用力挤去剁椒里出的水分，把挤干的剁椒一层一层码在密封瓶里，压紧实，每码一层
，撒一些盐，盖紧盖子。剁辣椒就做好了。
小厨心得：
1.关于辣椒的选择，因为买不到合适的红椒，我就用绿色的了。我看到韩国店的Korean
chili很像在国内做剁辣椒的那红尖椒，觉得可以用来做剁椒。试过以后觉得很香辣，
跟国内剁椒味道很像。我另外在墨西哥店买过一种辣椒细细长长的，也做过剁椒，觉得
也不错，只是更辣。我觉得只要是肉比较紧，肉质稍稍厚的细长型小辣椒都可以用。但
不要选蜡质外皮太厚的，也不要选肉太薄的小辣椒，首选香辣型品种，尽量避免干辣型
辣椒。受薯条妈妈苹果派做法的启发，我想可以把不同品种的小辣椒都买一点剁碎混在

北美懒人炸酱面：
荞麦面一把，煮6分钟过凉水待用.
黄瓜半根切丝，蒜切末待用.
平底锅加一点点油烧热，倒入Stagg Chili半罐和Stewed tomato半罐，搅拌加热2、3分
钟到起泡沸腾后立刻把西红柿chili sauce浇到面条上，然后撒上黄瓜丝蒜末齐活。耗
时不超过10分钟。
配菜是刚做好的红烧肘子还有玉米小碴子粥

常见的饭卡分纸的和塑料的，一般来说，纸的能找回现钞（一般也就是钢蹦），我知道
的饭纸有：麦当劳，肯德鸡,Burger King,Wendys,Outback,Bennigans, etc.
他们中的大部分也有塑料卡,塑料卡有时候用起来不是很方便，比如Berger King.
