时候好办些，一人吃饱，全家不饿，爱吃什么吃什么，不用看别人脸色来做饭。结了婚
就大大不同了，两个人口味不一样，还不是中国南北口味的差别，是中国和美国口味的
碰撞，是两个不同世界的大战……说得夸张了点，但是这每天周而复始的功课，是每个
当家人逃不掉的。
说实话，我以前在父母家里可以算是标准的饭来张口，衣来伸手的“要饭一族”，
自理能力当之无愧属于低能那一类。我和姐姐都不挑食，我运气好摊上个爱做厨子的老
爸，和跟他一样厨艺高超的妈妈，他们联合起来把我和姐姐养得白白胖胖。那时妈妈最
不能忍受的，是我们乱七八糟的房间。我记得她经常在我们不在房间里捣乱的时候，悄
悄的进来整理一通，把我们从码得快要从书桌上掉下来的书纸堆中暂时拯救出来。我认
为中国妇女真的是世界上最勤劳的女性，她们不但要工作，还要承担大部分家务，个个

这点从怎样对待外来事物能看出来，可以作为管中窥豹的是南北方人对外来物种的命名
tomato，chili pepper, sweet potato, 北方叫西红柿，辣椒，地瓜。西表示方位，辣
表示味道，地表示生长位置，都是不带感情色彩的中性词。但南方不少地方这么叫：番
茄，番椒，番薯。尼玛全是“番”啊，全是来自“番邦蛮夷”的东西啊
喜欢以“中华正统”自居的南方人，看别人都是“番”。什么西域人南亚人美洲印第安
人都是番邦蛮夷，我们北方“胡人”“匈奴人”“满鞑子”更是番邦蛮夷
其实在外人眼里，那些见识短浅视野狭隘，整天大惊小怪鄙视这个鄙视那个的南方人，
