I tried the toluene/methonal system. It did not work.
The old way is using hexane dissolve PB and seperate the diblock
by centrifuge. I donot like this method, because it is time consuming.
Does anybody has any new ideas?

DNA在良好溶液里的coil volume相当大,这coil是个十分疏松的结构. 所以水分子
能够自由进出这个coil. 于是一个DNA的排水体积就是它本身的体积,和hydrodynamic
volume(coil volume)没有关系. 以这计算的话, DNA密度比水密度大三倍. 如果以
14k g的离心加速度, 一个lambda DNA 20分钟内能沉降1cm. 我以前没考虑过这问题.
昨天作了这估算,到是把我自己吓了一跳.因为我每次实验前都spin我的样品很长
时间.
麻烦各位看看是否有理. |

solution is too dilute, you may have fine powders which are extremely
diffucult to collect unless you use a very good centrifuge. Yes, getting rid
of DMF is tedious. But spending even an hour on that may save you many hours
in trying to recover the polymer. Also pouring CH3CN into DMF may give you
different result from pouring DMF into CH3CN, although I am not sure which way

showed they used filtration method to separate particles from water phase. I
don't know how they make it. I cannot use centrifuge and decant method

其实选择性这个东西真的很有趣
我最近可能找我们这边有没有人作simulation看一下那几个polymer的空间结构
还有在溶液里面可能的结构
如果我们看这几个polymer
no hydrophilic groups而且,主要都是片状结构
那么肯定不能像SDS那样行程micelle去做包裹
而且如果参考Arnold的那篇用sodium cholate做gradient centrifugation的那篇
SC的结构,对于其hydrophobic部分
也是这样的一个片状结构
而且也是对高chiral angle的管子有更好的选择性
应该可以告诉我们一些什么东西
我觉得如果有谁能观察到或者模拟出来具体是怎么样wrap在CNT上面
应该会是很好的突破口 |

solution at >10000rpm for 3min before film fabrication. |

VQ35HR用离心式还好吧，因为它本身转速还比较高
不过如果传动装置的传动比不够低的话，从低转速开始加速时会有turbo lag的那种感觉
但是在高转时它的效率要比普通的root-type高得多
另外一个优点，它的体积重量都小很多
如果你给VQ35HR上一个root-type，布置起来会很别扭，可能要有很多trade-off
离心式就不会
所以，除了用离心式，原厂的机械增压V型机很少见60度夹角的 |

该比root潜

BRZ's engine block should still have a lot of room for a larger bore. and

problem is the DI head is designed by Toyota. these modifications will
require a major overhaul for the head, which means a lot of engineering (

centrifugal supercharger会不会也有lag呢，毕竟和turbocharger原理差不多，应该
好很多当然低转区的收益不大，但马力还是能上去的。后来我又一想，还是不行啊，这
个发动机的压缩比已经12.5了，无论什么charger都没戏了吧？还是VVL和oversquare吧
。toyota在这个车上挺下功夫的，而且定位还是低价格高销量，这些初期投入应该值吧。

而我查到EA113 根据DIN 70020 A 是153KG。

这个two-mass flywheel with centrifugal pendulum正如我前面说的，还是针对
torsional vibration的，引擎的二阶振动必然还是比通常具有双平衡轴的I4来得大
AMG隔离二阶振动的方法看来也没有什么新鲜的，还是通过引擎脚再有就是隔音什么的
了……
除非有类似911的主动式引擎脚，否则一般的液压引擎脚也只是在引擎高转速下比较有效
I4本身频率就低，低转速时即便是二阶振动频率也还是比较低的，只靠液压引擎脚绝对
不行
隔音嘛……A45这样的车恐怕也不宜过多在这上浪费重量……
我的基本判断就是，这一管鸡血打下去，AMG代价不轻哦……
恐怕连MB擅长的refinement都挥霍光了……
