，那就慢慢找吧。
我想说的是，那些free的东西相比较你的期望的投资收益而言，都不值得一提。关键是
你自己的投资方法才是最重要的。
我用的是TD Ameritrade，并没有拿到什么free的东西。因为我十年前在一个brokerage
开了账户，中间有两次兼并过程，结果现在成TD Ameritrade客户。我一年内绝大部分
时间就是在看，只做2到3次。所以一次收益远比你开100次新帐户拿到的Cash要多得多。
刚刚想起来，我从TD Ameritrade拿到一次免费的Ipod nano，不是因为开户，而是让我
向账户里存入1万Cash。是个promottion活动而已。 |

当然，有wash sale的问题。不过可以让ira long drv，让brokerage帐号short tza。
反正用不一样的指数etf。这样就避免了wash sale。
当然有可能tza暴涨把brokerage帐号暴掉，钱反倒都进ira了。不过时机选好了这种概
率应该不高。其实最不好的还是占用了大量资金。 |

to $100k) by the SIPC, not FDIC. FDIC only covers DEPOSIT accounts at banks
. Some brokerages like E*trade have a banking division too, so your trading

既然说到这个话题，那我说一下我用的sogotrade吧，
头一个月免费100 trades，足够青蛙折腾，熟悉操作了。
refer和被refer可以有25 free trades。之后5刀一次，这个跟其他 brokerage 比起来
便宜，frequent trader可以便宜到3刀一次。还可以买package，比如60刀买20次trade
，算下来3刀一次，有效期一年（一年交易20次还是可能吧）。
当然这个只是价钱来说的，我看review说的他的其他功能比如market research 不如其
他的brokerage，但那些就是7刀10刀一个trade了。而且对青蛙来说，根本用不到那些
复杂的东西，甚至第三方的网站也可以看。
cash account没有minimum，margin好像是5k吧。作为青蛙的感觉，就是简单便宜实用

可以买卖。所有价钱，利息都一清二楚，浮动利息都是加标准汇率spread而已。买卖股
票汇率bid/ask非常明确，根本没有任何问题。24小时随时服务，哪个brokerage做得到
？所有条款他们网上说的清清楚楚，所有case都有详细说明。
买卖margin没有负的SMA和margin requirement，IB不会碰你的股票。除非short sell
stock ，buy back assignments 每个brokerage都有做。 |

为什么有时候账户当日的Total Market Change和Total Brokerage Account Value的变
化不一致？
比如：我今天持有的所有股票的total market change是+300，可是total brokerage

收取费用。那100块钱哪里去了？去年好像也发生过一次，虽然钱差得不多，但是不知

1.许多brokerage的Margin Interest Rate仅仅是5%～8%这个区间。而许多绩优股的年
增长都在10%以上（从长期来看）。而且即使暂时亏损，也不会多、能符合Maintenance
Requirement。这样就可以长期持有。那岂不是说，我用Margin Loan随便买几个稳定
型绩优股，就基本上是稳赚不赔了？
2.如果是这样的话，为什么brokerage自己不去投资，而提供Margin Loan呢？
3.Margin Loan是否可以长期持有（只要没到Margin Call)?

多，涨到心里价位就被call走算了。但奇怪的是Stock Plan下面不让我做option操作，
只有Individual Brokerage可以买卖option。这样不是就变成裸卖call了吗
