super 8和 Midnight in Paris.
很喜欢midnight in paris。
虽不是什么学术大片，不像the king's speech那样从摄影，艺术指导，表演，故事，
音效，音乐各方面100％精益求精，做到让人瞻仰的完美无缺，却觉得或许这个才是大
师之作？
整个电影充满了不经意的感觉。演员的化装服装没有刻意的痕迹，演员的表演更加随意。
很喜欢片头的巴黎景色的蒙太奇，而它montage的每一个镜头，不是雄伟壮观色彩华丽
的油画般那样学术的镜头，而更像是没那么专业的平常人的旅游录影带（虽然质量当然
还是很好的）。
故事情节能够商业，却又也保留对艺术的追求。尤其在现在这个年代。它的幽默感能够
愉悦大众，略加有古典艺术文学的情节，给人复古和略带严肃的感觉，却也通俗易懂。
这种穿越的情节，woody allen并没使用特别清晰的逻辑思路开路，也没有本来可以非
常浮华的场景精致化，让人觉得各种时空是可以融合在一起的，难以分辨过去现在和未
来。也是它的特质之一。
同时也好喜欢片中复古又浪漫的音乐，有点6，7时年代的怀旧感，又不失现代的清新。

她1岁半，从不到1岁的时候就开始有些口臭，从4个月前的样子开始牙上有积累起来的
tartar。现在一直没有减轻，觉得在越来越严重。我不希望她以后年纪轻轻的就一嘴的
牙问题，或者老了牙不好牙掉了，而且她特招人喜欢，人见人爱，但口臭是唯一她被其
他人嫌弃的地方，我不嫌弃她，但我也不希望如此。
她只吃干狗粮，treats喂得很少，因为她不怎么好好吃饭，怕吃多了零食影响吃正餐。
给她买了好几种专门chew的，但这些东西好像丝毫不像description说了能够帮助清理
牙齿，有作用的话也很鸡肋。
其中一种改善breath的骨头，吃了能够一两天口臭稍微好一点。
除此之外我们还给她买了一种solution，掺在水里的，也说是调整口腔ph，改善breath
，而且帮助减少tartar的。我们还买了一种foam似的东西，挤在牙上，让她自己舔掉，
舔的过程当中应该清理tartar，然后foam的味道也应该改善breath。但这些都不管用，
foam只能当时稍微改善口臭。我们给她刷过牙，只刷过一次就放弃了，因为她不合作，
然后里面的牙齿很难刷到，一刷她的牙龈就出血 |

patient panicking ( I can’t breathe, etc) (Hi Ms, are you OK? can you come
and sit on the exam table, would that be more comfortable for you?) (one
thing we can do is to take a deep breath, can you follow me, breath in and
out slowly like this, in and out, in and out).
patient is suicidal. “Mr X, I would like you to stay in the hospital for
the time being so that I can run some tests. would that be Ok?”
