深吸一口气停4、5秒再深吸一口气，如此反复5、6次突然呼吸心跳全部感觉不到，父母
立即开车送福州南京军区总医院，路上时间30分钟，母亲车上不停做心外按压并人工呼
吸，送医院医生确定呼吸心跳全无，经抢救，小孩有非常微弱呼吸，医生持续抢救近一
小时，并两次心外电击除颤8点21分左右恢复心跳及自主呼吸。进入重症监护室上呼吸
机，之后发生抽筋，发高烧40．7度高烧，经治疗稳定下来。第一天大概使用安定及营
养和保护神经脏器类药物，心跳200多次每分钟，但血氧达100%，呼吸稳定。白细胞，C
反应蛋白，肾肌酐正常范围，尿素氮稍高9．02。小孩所有反射反应都有，对母亲呼唤
有反应。晚上挂了5瓶丙种球蛋白。第二天体温大致在38－39度之间，没有抽筋但肌张
力强，瞳孔对光反应尚好，两眼瞳孔略扩大，使用药物基本同第一天。第三天即19号丙
种球蛋白停用，凌晨四点体温降至37度6，全天体温基本保持37度至38度间，血压基本

at the end. I believe that it does take a stronger heart to be able to
breathe fast (and deep at the same time). In the movie "endurance", you
hear Haile breathing at the beginning -- I think it's a tempo run, and
he breathes very fast. I think the elite runners breathe quite fast
throughout a marathon -- that is the impression I get when I see the
elites coming the opposite direction of me in a race.:)

possibly also limited your speed over shorter distances such as 5K. I mean,
if you need to breathe 2-2 in easy runs, how fast would you breathe in a 5K

Why Do It:
Breathing late in freestyle usually means you'll not get the proper amount
of oxygen into your lungs. It can also throw off the timing of your stroke.
Connecting your cheek to your shoulder to learn an earlier breath can help
solve both of these issues.
How to Do It:
1. Start by swimming slow freestyle, focusing on extending your arms with
your shoulder pressed against your cheek.

真是光阴似箭,一转眼一个月就过去了。今天称了一下体重,胖了6磅。比想像的好。
2012年的第一次游泳,就一个字累。体力明显下降。用了吃奶的劲,才游完最后五百
yards。
今天试着学习6次打水。以前只会二次打水。一开始学 TI就从二次打水学起。所以以前
就是用全力游50 yards,也只用2次打腿。现在觉得,要想提高短道的成绩一定得会6次打
腿。可惜只打了150 yards,脚就抽筋了。。。
200 yards warm up @ 4:56 TT @ 1.30 breathing to right only
400 yards breathing every 3rd strokes with slow stroke rate TT @1.40
5X50 yards @ 1:30 TT@ 1.10 breathe on right only
150 yards learn swimming 6 bit kicks.
500 yards TT @ 1.40 breathing to right only
Total 1500 yards.

学习二次打腿。应该还是尽量保持六次打腿。不过我最受意于 TI 的是, streamline,
然后是我可以很快能游长距离进而增强自信心而且可以乐在其中。如果没有 TI ,我可
能早就放弁了。
总之,现在学习的重点,一是六次打腿,二是双侧呼吸。于是今天开始把打腿增加到了二
百 yards。目标是五百 yards 。

sides. it is caused by breathing and normal. usually the non-breathing side
arm is straighter in order to generate lift to keep body up and torque to
help head turn back.
can you do high elbow with left arm without breathing? if so, keep swimming.
it can be improved after you have a more efficient breathing technique. |

I felt lazy today and only ran 3 miles (easy).
The pool was much more crowded than usual, probably because it was raining.
I had to share a lane with other people. I gave up trying kicking only with
body turn right away - I was too slow and was blocking others. The real
reason was it felt too hard and I just wasn't feeling good.
I decided to try 6-beat swim directly. I made sure I start kicking with the

，偷不了懒， 每次一小时10分钟左右游2000Yard以上。 比以前强度大了很多。
主要的改进主要有以下几点：
1. 水下出发， 我的一个教练说我要多加强水下出发的练习，我总是水上出发。 昨天
练了很多水下出发的Superman Glide最远达到14Yard左右。 这样划水的次数大大减少
。昨天还练了很多25Yard On 1‘的Interval，水下出发，身体上浮时用力打水，出水
后用力划水，划水次数保持在13-14次（左右手一共），速度在22“ 左右。 如果能练
到巡航22”，那就很好了。 我觉得通过长时间的练习还是能够达到的。 我自己一开始
25Yard Interval得2’才行。 现在如果不追求速度，可以中间只休息5“。
我自己还练习了，水下出发在水下用力打水直到15码以后才出水，这样只用划水6-8次
到边。
2. 划水要走直线。 尤其是左手， 这样动力完全是用于使身体向前的。 这点我觉得很

在airway之前呢。 不过估计类似的题要改了。呵呵。
