营。1营是堵2,4,3营阵地的缺口的。
3月23日晚，志愿军423团占领老秃山头表面阵地，哥伦比亚营死伤20%，剩余人员被压
入地下坑道地堡。
3月24日晨到25日晚，美陆军31团1营的A,B,C三个连反攻老秃山头表面阵地，死伤失踪
300人但未能夺回山头表面阵地。联系美空军要用航弹于26日晨进行大规模轰炸。
美空军26日晨轰炸前，25日晚26日晨的某个时候，美军认为志愿军为防空袭而放弃了老
秃山头表面阵地（美军没发现老秃山头表面阵地有动静），被压入老秃山头地下坑道地
堡的哥伦比亚人借此机会于26日晨逃回美军当时的控制线(UNC)。

在中国，在第二次世界大战结束几十年之后，二战期间使中国人扬眉吐气，使盟军和日
军震撼的中国驻印远征军在缅甸的辉煌战绩，终于引起了许多国人的注意。遗憾的是由
于半个多世纪过去了，历史的亲历者基本上都已不在人世；又由于多年来对这段历史的
无视，导致历史资料的不完整，许多历史事件让后人真伪难辨。
近年来，在回忆中国远征军以及远征军新一军军长孙立人将军在缅北对日作战的历史文
献和影视专栏中，经常可以看到关于孙立人将军在缅北的一次战役中，活埋了1200个日
本俘虏的传奇。
2009年7月13日在凤凰卫视的《风范大国民》【1】电视专栏节目中，香港著名的军事评
论家马鼎盛（粤剧演员红线女之子）神彩熠熠地述说了这个传奇。2010年8月6日的CCTV
《百战经典》【2】电视节目的《碧血丹心-孙立人》专辑中，中国国防大学的军事史专
家夏一东副教授也是神情激昂地讲述了这个传奇。他们两人的叙述大致一样，只是细节
上略有不同。

在1951年4月21日，美第九军在朝鲜半岛的中部重新发动了进攻，攻势的目标是从
Kumhwa到Hwachon 水库间的地带，第九军这时下属两个师，陆战一师和一个韩国师，进
攻开始的很顺利，两个师在第一天推进了三英里，没有遇到任何抵抗。在第二天开始进
攻时才遇到微弱的抵抗。
前线的部队在22日又推进了两英里，志愿军几乎没有任何行动。但是在22日傍晚前，炮
兵观察员和侦察飞机都发现在战线北面有大批部队在调动。
这天晚上志愿军发动了五次战役第一阶段的进攻，进攻集中在战线的西侧。第九军所属
的韩国师面对的是志愿军的左翼。志愿军在前面的战斗中故意撤退，诱敌深入，然后在
敌人尚未构筑好工事时，突然发动进攻。到晚8时，志愿军已经有部队突破战线后方几
公里，开始袭击那些下午刚前移的炮兵部队。前线在一两小时内就土崩瓦解，步兵们逃
向后方，炮兵们也被迫撤退。

看Bowen自己的回忆1947年Marine的分队在一个秦皇岛的营地被共军包围了，共军要求
他们投降，Marine坚持了一晚上后成功撤离。有少数Marine之前出去喝啤酒被共军俘虏。
Bowen他们夜里挖了很多散兵坑，其中一个挖到了一箱子骨头，但夜里很吓人他们就把
箱子又埋上了。
1941年太平洋战争开始前北京协和医院把北京人头盖骨的箱子给撤离的Marine带走，运
往秦皇岛计划上米国军舰，但期间战争爆发，军舰搁浅，Marine成了日军俘虏，头盖骨
箱子下落不明。后来看估计是被仓促埋在了秦皇岛的营地 （Camp Holcomb）。

也就是所谓的Penal Battalion。一般由人民内务委员会(NKVD)直属部队施行监督。
在东北作奸犯科的很大一部分都是这一类人。NKVD平时只负责督战，对战后纪律疏
于管理。于是问题就出现了。
不过苏军高层也察觉到了事态的严重性，集中处决理了一批苏军士兵，单日处决人
数曾高达二十五人，最终使乱局得以控制。

在1951年4月21日，美第九军在朝鲜半岛的中部重新发动了进攻，攻势的目标是从
Kumhwa到Hwachon 水库间的地带，第九军这时下属两个师，陆战一师和一个韩国师，进
攻开始的很顺利，两个师在第一天推进了三英里，没有遇到任何抵抗。在第二天开始进
攻时才遇到微弱的抵抗。
前线的部队在22日又推进了两英里，志愿军几乎没有任何行动。但是在22日傍晚前，炮
兵观察员和侦察飞机都发现在战线北面有大批部队在调动。
这天晚上志愿军发动了五次战役第一阶段的进攻，进攻集中在战线的西侧。第九军所属
的韩国师面对的是志愿军的左翼。志愿军在前面的战斗中故意撤退，诱敌深入，然后在
敌人尚未构筑好工事时，突然发动进攻。到晚8时，志愿军已经有部队突破战线后方几
公里，开始袭击那些下午刚前移的炮兵部队。前线在一两小时内就土崩瓦解，步兵们逃
向后方，炮兵们也被迫撤退。

前日谈到伤心岭，有人企图把伤心岭失守的责任推到换防的志愿军68军204师头上。事
实上，伤心岭的三个主要高地，有两个完全是人民军失守的，最后一个高地，851高地
，据美军战史，是人民军和志愿军联合防御最后失守的，但是我能够找到的志愿军和人
民军的战史都没有提851高地上还有志愿军的事情。
68军204师所防御的地段，是伤心岭以西的阵地，伤心岭是人民军第2军团在防守。204
师奉命提前接收人民军第5军团的阵地，结果在接防过程中，正好赶上美军进行朝鲜战
争里最大规模的坦克作战，守备伤心岭以西的文登里的志愿军610团促不及防，一时陷
入被动，伤亡也很大。但是志愿军及时组织了反坦克大队，集中反坦克兵器打美军坦克
，根据WIKI资料，一共击毁击伤坦克28辆，可以算是解放军历史上最大的反坦克战了。
根据卫勤资料，204师伤亡3000多人，可见战斗的残酷。
