这也没什么不能理解的，具体你手中的东西证据是怎样的我不知道，有些文件是self-
authenticating的，其他文件或证据要在法庭中使用都需要证明你出示的证据确实是你
宣称的东西。你拿到文件的过程不能达到这个标准的话，法庭不能接受其为证据。
不先问你要钱的律师等于是在做一个投资，他拒绝使用无法authenticate的文件不是很
正常吗？不然时间花下去，法庭不认可文件的真实性，律师投资的时间不是泡汤了？ |
