要立刻refund，因为不想费钱寄假货回来。。。
现在问题是，包肯定是真的，但买了2年早把发票扔了。虽然打包的时候拍了不少照片
，包也有防尘袋之类。但没有直接证据证明包的来源(没发票),不像手机电脑，可以对
SN。
因为不是专业卖家，就偶尔卖一下自己用不着的东西，没有对付evil的经验。版上考古
了一下，也没有看到什么好方法。之前听说ebay保护买家，不知道大家有没有什么建议。

一个方法是，你可以自己翻译，然后搜一个affidavit of translation的样本，写好后
到银行之类的地方找个免费的notary在他面前签，然后拿到notary public所在的郡或
州政府开具Authentication（各个州要求不一样，如果你是去Department of State开
的认证，那好像只能去dc使馆而不是领馆认证），然后再拿个去领馆/使馆，
另一个是，对于这个出生证，郡政府好像可以直接做certification,然后带给州政府开
具Authentication，其实领馆认证的就是这个authentication。 |

刚把宝宝的出生证认证公证办完，既然没有人清楚这些手续，我来给大家科普一下吧。
如果决定让宝宝在国内停留时间超过签证有效期的话，建议在给宝宝申请中国签证的时
候就把宝宝的出生证认证公证一起给办了，省得象我们这次匆匆忙忙的。
办理宝宝的出生证认证公证，第一步是在所在州的州府Authentication Office。因为
出生证是Vital Office发的，一般不需要Notary，这一点也许各个州会有所不同，XDJM
们需要查一下自己州的要求。在北卡，可以亲自前往，也可以办理邮寄。

如果决定让宝宝在国内停留时间超过签证有效期的话，建议在给宝宝申请中国签证的时
候就把宝宝的出生证认证公证一起给办了，省得象我们这次匆匆忙忙的。
办理宝宝的出生证认证公证，第一步是在所在州的州府Authentication Office。因为
出生证是Vital Office发的，一般不需要Notary，这一点也许各个州会有所不同，XDJM
们需要查一下自己州的要求。在北卡，可以亲自前往，也可以办理邮寄。
各州的Authentication Office的信息可以通过下面的联接查到:

第二步是在国务院（Authentications Office, The Department of State）。http://www.state.gov/m/a/auth/
过程很简单，我当时是亲自去的，半个小时就办好了。这一步也可以办理邮寄。

authentic -- you can find other authorized retailer to find out, or 800
number. you should not worry about this part.

1. Article of Incorporation.
2. Good standing
3. Bank letter
For the first two, you can request from Secretary of State of the state your
company is registered.

One thing to note that, for authentication, you must apply to the correct
consulate because each Secretary of State only register his seal and
signature in one Chinese consulate. |
