1。先去county clerk 办小孩的出生证 其它地方办的不能算 一定要是county clerk的
2。再去Secretary of State ( Sacramento)网站上看办authentication需要的文件，
大概是一封信简要说明为什么要办，一张几十刀的money order，从county clerk领的
出生证，一个回邮信封，还有一些别的什么忘了，网站上都有的，一起寄过去就好了。
3.等拿到从Secretary of State寄回的authentication，就可以去旧金山大使馆办一个
公证（也可以邮寄办理的），最后的公证拿到就可以在国内上户口了。 |

先拿出生证原件到utah州政府做州认证，在州政府2楼，认证页和出生证会被装订在一
起。（不能当时取）
然后带着这个到DC的美国国务院认证，地址在下面，再加国务院认证页。（可以当时取
，说自己是外州来的）
拿着这一叠3页，到中国大使馆，（和国务院地址很近）办理大使馆认证。不能当时取
。选大使馆2楼旅行社的邮寄业务，办好后，邮寄给你。
我们没有翻译出生证，回国在我老家办的户口。（熟人多，方便。）
在中国办的时候，不要说小孩有美国护照，否则可能突增烦恼。

防毒软件根本P用没有，人家也不是靠exe给你种木马的。在popular forum发个flash
hack就有无数没打补丁的人中招。现在这种东西已经成产业了，平时就有专人写木马，
