一、先想先写最后做:
1. 做研究之前，必须想清楚：结果能不能发表？发表在哪里？
2. 先把文章大框写好，空出数据，等做完实验填完空就可以发了；正所谓心中有沟壑！
3. 在未搞清“写什么、发哪里、自己研究与同类研究有何出色之处”之前，就不要动
手做！
4. 继续去看文献，去想；想不清楚就做还不如不做！
5. 要想这样做，就得先看文献！要知道如何把文章架起来、要知道别人是如何讨论的
、要知道自己的数据是不是说明了与别人不同的东东或别人没有做过……这个过程就是
阅读文献及思考的过程，这些搞清楚了，写就简单了！
6. 要是先做事，做完发现别人做过，或无法用理论来解释，岂不是冤大头？
二、如何科学选题:
1. 课题选择和国际接轨。想在国际核心期刊发表文献，就必须了解国际研究动态
，选择与国际学术研究合拍的课题。由于多方面因素的影响，我国科学研究选题与国际
先进水平还有一定距离。我国一家权威科研机构不久前在国内挑选了许多前沿领域的研

如果你说了一些症状，要求医生ORDER一些化验什么的，就可能被医生按看病来处理。
否则保险公司不会给你好好的报销那些化验的钱。
如果你是HMO当然就没问题，PPO就很有可能出血。
但是，现在美国的医疗制度也促进了一些私立体检项目的出现。比如整天在CHICAGO
RADIO做广告的COMPREHENSIVE PHYSICALS，200块钱，从XRAY，心电图，各种主要化验
项目，再稍微出一点，还包括CT。和HMO当然没法比，但是比PPO要
好多了。
我自己工作医院，也推出了一些现金体检项目，比较便宜的一个是30块30分钟体检，包
括验血糖，胆固醇，加一个心电图。30块能干什么？两个人一顿晚餐BUFFET。
对不起，刚查了一下，他们涨价了，现在是295。

这么捉弄人，我和杨松都有稳定的工作，有一对漂亮的儿女，女儿Charlotte3岁半，儿
子Stephan22个月。正当我们洋洋得意憧憬未来他就毫不顾及的把我们抛入谷底。
杨松不幸得的是急性淋巴细胞性白血病中最难治的一种，他的染色体中又一对相互错位
，形成费城染色体(Philadelphia Chromosome) 。化疗后的治疗办法只有骨髓移植。骨
髓移植要配型，每一个兄弟姐妹有25%的可能配上。可惜杨松只有一个姐姐。目前他所
在的医院温哥华总医院白血病中心正积极和她联络化验事宜。
配型就是配HLA（Human leukocyte antigen，人類白細胞抗原）。同一种族人群中有相

the h pylori IgG stays positive for up to a year even after eradication,
normally they'd do urea breath test, but you have to be off proton pump
inhibitor for that i think, like 2 to 4 weeks free of medications,
you could also check stool antigens but i'm not sure about the details on
that, |

if it's mycoplasma pneumoniae you are talking about, the diagnostic tests
are a bit confusing, since it grows very slow in culture so culture doesn't
really help,
you could do a cold aggultinin test which takes minutes only, but it's not
very specific; other serology testings such as IgM might be negative at
early phase so might not be too helpful,
if you do a sputum antigen immunoassay, might take a couple days to get the
result back, |

if the hep b core antibody is positive and everything else is negative, then
maybe you are in the period of so-called window period where surface
antigen disappeared and surface antibody has yet to appear, it might
indicate recent hep b infection |

老婆是乙肝携带者，很可能是岳父传染给她的。
岳父得过肝炎。她不愿意谈乙肝这个话题。
平时我们两个生活没有任何忌讳。
这方面我们以前懂的很少。婚前体检，医生什么也没说。
在一起两三年后，在国内毕业的时候体检，我的化验结果两对半全阴。
出国四年了，没做过继续的检验。
我在学校门诊做的检查。
当天去的时候告知不能验血，但可以打乙肝疫苗。
而且医生建议打。
我就问，打了疫苗岂不是会影响验血结果，医生说没事。
于是就打了一针疫苗。
第二天去抽血化验，中间间隔不到24小时。
现在化验结果出来了，请大家看看。
