当初开这个账户只为了Fidelity Visa Card reward point,Fidelity reward point 的
2%需要直接deposit到Fidelity的product上，所以开了这个账户。
前段时间想把闲钱放在一个利率相对好的账号，就开了GS Saving account, 用Cash
Management Account mobile check deposit 把一个银行A的check存了一下，然后再
electronically转到GS saving account。就这样子多用了几下，没warning的前提下就
被关闭了。银行A每天允许electronically outbound转账数额很低，直接转到GS
saving account的话需要转太多次，所以我就利用了Cash Management account mobile
check deposit这个功能，这允许一天存一万，结果悲剧了。。。第一次被强迫关账户

位数了。比如我的sav account应该是1234567890,结果写成了1239967890。几个月前联
系BOA时，他们查了一下这个错误账号，说这个account确实是BOA的一个account，但不
能给我更多信息。然后IRS给成功recover了（几个月前的事情了）。现在让VA
Taxation dept做同样的事情，他们说尝试了但unable to...
我现在关心的是，假如这个account在发现异常后close了，那我也就认了。但如果没有

email给NVC attorney account，但“but it was that account that told me to
email the materials to the account I emailed most recently with your
documentation. Otherwise, we could try mailing your materials, but that
seems inefficient. Would you like me to try our luck with the attorney
account?”
不太明白上面这话什么意思？有没有人知道这个attorney account是做什么的？我应该

1) for some reasons, it often stops responding. My guess (not a programmer
myself so could be very wrong) is that some scripts/flashes work in the

大家都知道，“accountability”和“responsibility”不一样，在很多情况下不能简
单翻译成负责或责任制。没有 accountability 的身负重要 responsibility 的人难道
见得还少么？
“Accountability”的意思是要有人负责，或要对别人负责，出了岔子要有人拿来是问
。英文里常说：“the buck stops here”，就是说，责任最后由我来负。而这句话后
面的概念，就是“accountability”。比如说，“There should be accountability
in the management of funds”，言外之意，如果查起帐来，要有人出来解释、承担责
任。万一都是呆账、死账，问起来互相踢皮球，那就是没有 accountablity 了。
话是这么说，但“accountability”这个字的译法只应根据上下文而定，不应为其 |

，另一个是一年的taxation practice。本来想选后者，因为一年就可以毕业了，不过

想问问了解suny albany accounting的大大们：taxation practice的口碑怎么样，和
原有的那个必须本科就是accounting的ms taxation比，上的课和教授会有什么区别吗？
还有taxation的master和那个两年的accounting master，哪个会更好些（口碑和就业
情况）？

accounting的Master。
GMAT上月已经考过，710。
但目前问题是，本科学的是生物，没有任何accounting的背景。所以打算在校外某小
college先选几门accounting相关的基础课，拿几个accounting的学分，有几个
accounting的成绩，用于今后申请。另外，因为看到版上很多朋友的实习经历很重要，
打算寒假找accounting实习。（但目前美国经济很糟，故希望不大。）
打算准备一年时间，明年这个时候申请2011 fall。由于本人在NYC，所以倾向于Baruch
和St. Jones。
以上是本人的一点计划，请各位朋友给把把脉，接下来一年还要做什么准备呢？

我的理解是：
G/L accounts reconciliations是比较G/L上ACCOUNT的数字和对应的REPORT上的数字是
否一样。比如：比较G/L的A/P ACCOUNT和A/P AGING REPORT的数字是否一样等等。
Month end close是确定所有当月的TRANSACTION都记账。
那是不是可以说G/L accounts reconciliations是month end close的一部分？
两者之间有什么区别和联系吗？
