1. 有必要为了进入排名更高的MS accounting program 而等一年再申请一次吗？
2. MS accounting 的排名多大程度影响以后的就业前景？朋友的那个program说明了是大
多数学生毕业后进入big four. 是不是排名不一样，毕业后工作的起点会很不一样？
3. 有必要考虑学费的因素吗？我现在手上的学校读完学费大概$18,000，朋友的program
是12个月约$30,000.

我看了一下它的介绍，感觉还不错啊。下面是我的理解：
每人每年能往里面放一些pre-tax的钱。这些钱可以拿来投资。这个有点儿象IRA。这个
钱直接取出来当然要交税+罚款，但拿来做医疗用途（看病，支付医疗保险，买药）就不
用交税。考虑到老了以后花费的大头是医疗，那么存Health Savings Account的优先级
应该高于IRA啊。
当然，一些特定的医疗保险计划才能存Health Savings Account，而且Health Savings
Account投资的限制可能比IRA多。
我上面的理解对么？有很多银行/证卷商可以开Health Savings Account，推荐哪个？ |

首先说一下：
1，之前有ROTH IRA account，买了一些MF和ETF。后来卖了许多，现在里面没几个钱了
；账户还在；
2，现在准备放2万进去，买点Fund，总比放在银行好；
现在的问题是：我知道一般都是max ROTH IRA之后再考虑其它的长期投资；但是，我刚
错过2014-4-15的deadline，现在只能放2014年的$5,500的ROTH contribution，2013年
的放不进去了。手中2万多，如果要全部放进ROTH，那还要等好几年。
所以，我想到直接开一个vanguard普通的mutual fund account. 我做的研究，关于
vanguard普通mutual fund account的劣势(相对于Vanguard ROTH)是：
1，每年都要报税，不管是否有赢利，很麻烦；

有 impound account 的贷款月供除了本金和利息外 (Principle and Interest) ，还
有地税和保险 (Tax and Insurance), 统称 PITI. 但不包括 HOA。这样，贷款人就不
用直接付地税和贷款，由銀行代劳。
由于地税和保险每年可能都有所不同，銀行会在年底作一个财务分析，多退少补。
首付低于 20%，必须要有 impound account. 首付在 20% 以上，impound account 可
以不要，但对拿到好利息梢有帮助。

两个帐户。开的时候，这个帐户就直接选的了啊，难道也不合格吗？我要打电话去问吗
