我就是冤案错案受害者之一， ebay上很多钓鱼的卖家， 作为不常购物的买家我辨识能
力差点上当过几次(都是买价格极低的电子产品，开始以为促销捡便宜了，但是付钱后
卖家失踪了)，argue要求
退款后，ebay就封了我的帐号。 投诉，虽然个别接线员
承认是ebay方面的误杀，但是几经周折人家还是封号。而且不能注册新号，后续情况就
如同楼主。
不过自从有了amazon prime之后，就再也没用过ebay。感觉ebay也不太可能走太远的。

有两evil buyer买了我sam's club 进的Gopro Hero 4 silver Bundle. 然后给Amazon
提交A-to-Z claim, 说它们不是Authentic. 我估计这两买家就是一人或一个团体,间隔
几天买的, 寄Miami的不同地址, 但claim的时间前后不差一小时. review之后, Amazon
作出决定: "We have found no reason to believe that you are responsible for
this claim. We have issued a refund to the buyer, but we will not debit your
account for that refund", 也就是他们认定我没有错.
