Job Duties include:
Entering data from prior day stock trades
Printing various trading reports on a daily basis
Entering bank balance to daily cash report
Setting up wire transfers
Requesting fund from brokers’ accounts to bank accounts as instructed
Monthly reconciliation of brokers’ accounts
Bank reconciliation of inactive companies
Assist in other projects as needed
Desired Skills and Experience:
Associated degree in business, accounting preferred
Prior experience in bank reconciliation preferred. Prior accounts payable
and accounts receivable preferred
Attention to details
Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word
Ability to work in a team
