今天穿Inov8上课, 举铁时, 后仰严重, 最后脱鞋从来, 竟然new PR 80lb。
WOD, 30lb 壶铃没了, 硬撑上 35lb, 就是举不过头。
跑去local 店买举重鞋, 没成想帮我试鞋的老头竟然是专门教squat的教练。 他说我
的form excellen, 还说不轻易给这个评语。 但是说我下蹲时还是有点bounce。 我的
鞋号店里没有, 老头还打电话跟各家分店问,sold out。 没办法, 只好下单, 等2
~3 星期。 趁机又从新做了几个下蹲, 求老头指导。 鞋子没买着, 倒学了一点蹲的
要点。 谢谢老头师傅。 |

开始55lb了,从地下捡起来的时候侧边的腰有点拉伤了,马上就不做这个了,本来计划
的硬拉也没敢作。还好及时收手,目前伤的还不算太严重。有没有好的办法把重的哑铃
捡起来然后躺下举起来才能不受伤呢 |

不是每一个人一开始都能拉开70lb的弓的。力气一般的男生,拉55lb的都费劲。
如果使用者个头在180以下,个人建议razor edge, 自己换个好的rest和peep,加个
release, arm protector,6支碳素箭(最好别买合金箭),总共大概$500了.
拉力好像是30lb~60lb可调的,自己很简单的就可以调。
我前些日子入手了一把,用着还不错。 |

10/29, resting.难得休息了三天!周一在家大扫除,等着Sandy.把家里冰箱地板一通
擦,然后洗衣服洗床单,接了一浴缸的水,煮了四十多个茶鸡蛋。很幸运,飓风过去没
停电。在家一通大吃。
10/30, walking 30 minutes. 在小区里走了一圈, 看看飓风过后的damage.很多家的
siding都给吹下来了,大树小树倒了一堆,但都没有什麽损失。
10/31, 今天gym开门,早晨五点半出门,很多路封了,街头没有红绿灯,警察一大早
站着指挥交通。Crossfit 60 minutes.

18 gauge for main, 16 for cross. My racquet is pretty low-powered, 93" head
with a 18x20 string pattern, so I figured using a thinner gauge main will
open up the string pattern a little and give it a bit more power/spin as
well.
I strung it 55lb, and hit with it for maybe 1.5hrs. Wow it feels great!
Good, satisfying "pop", control and power - just what a full set of poly

我个人比较prefer hybrid 的
当然如果自己有穿线机 买大盘线,还是比较合适的
其实70% 的pro选手都选用hybrid ,主线主要用poly的这样比较耐久掉磅也没那么厉害
,而且拉线的时候也不会太费劲。横线穿一般的软线就ok了比如Gosen,or 别的
出国前的 常用配置 芭芭拉 hurricane + Gosen , 国内55lbs
刚来的时候不知道,直接拉 hurricane 那个横线太难拉了,单拉这个就1个半点
当然如果你的机器是电子拉德另说。
现在的线 topspin cyber flash 1.25 main + Gosen OS
买大盘线,成本就是6刀,还是很便宜的。而且手感还是很不错的。 |

非你把胳膊练成施瓦辛格那么粗。极好的plow through,对付重球稳定性极好。但要有
足够的提前量set up才能真正发挥其威力,所以timing很重要。由于拍面小,看清球点
也很重要。
至于线,俺觉得technifibre 的black code 17很好,先上55lb试试。 |

s**h 发帖数: 1889 | 40 前几天发贴问了绑线机的事,最后还是进了Gamma X-2。没有特别的原因,
就是看着蓝色挺舒服:) Bing cashback之后$140。随机来了5套线。
机器用起来挺方便。唯一不爽的就是线夹,特别紧。每次松夹子都疵牙咧嘴掰,很累.
后来在网上看了一下发现这是这个型号的普遍问题。昨天上了点腊好多了。还有一个
不好就是好像夹不住18号线。调到最紧都不行。我觉得是有问题。已经写信给店里看
能不能换一对。不过我一般用16号线。所以目前问题不大。
一口气上了3个拍子,基本上操作已经熟了。开始没敢上高磅,用的随机给的Gamma线。
试了53lb, 55lb, 57lb。穿好了出去试打,比Sports Authority上的强太多了。我原
来在SA上的57磅刚拿回来打就走线得厉害。打一个球就要理理线。我自己缠的就没这
个问题。即使用最烂的(价钱上看)Gamma Challenger Syn. Gut 16#手感也非常好。
击球也挺稳定。后悔没早买机器。 |

at low speed hitting (very powerful). Lack of power when hitting harder
(need to confirm with a hard hitting session).
String movement is next to zero (also need to confirm with a hard hitting

So far no feeling of vibration (tennis wrist/elbow) at all. |

我用过PRO HURICAN TOUR 16 和别人的LUXILON, POLY很硬很光滑,击球的时候能感到
线之间有移位然后又弹回来的感觉 (不一定是真的),这就是我说的细碎的震动。
我喜欢有弹性的线,而且线与线之间相对固定,就像一张网一样。
硬线虽好但不是我的菜,我选择软线+自己穿线,常换常新
