个月,胡吃海喝外加零下三十度没法跑步,反弹到185lb,回来后一个多月又回到了
175lb,不过之后一直平台,想减到160-165lb吧,参加活动给自己点动力。

USE SMITH MACHINA AND CHAIR CHEST MACHINE, 1RM BREAK 200 LBS MARK FOR THE
FIRST TIME.
ALSO SUCCEEDED WITH 55LBS + 55LBS DUMB BELL CHEST PRESS ON STABILITY BALL,
COMPLETED 4 REPS. THEN ANOTHER 8 SETS OF 5REPS WITH 50LBS+ 50LBS AND 45LBS + 45LBS. BEFORE THE TRIP, I WAS NOT ABLE TO DO 55LBS+55LBS, NEITHER 200LBS ON MACHINE. SO DEFINITELY |

squat好像还不够低,大腿不够平,最后那一点如果蹲下去,可能就起不来了。近期准备再大幅deload,动作一定要到位。我练squat屁股不痛可能就是因为蹲的不够低。另外这几项不能同时到平台,否则就回互相影响。

when poly in high tension let's say 60lb, less power for sure, less/more pop
? depend on how hard of the ball. new ball outdoor in winter is very hard.
when poly in normal tension 55lb, powerful and more pop
when poly in low tension 50lb, powerful? not at all. ball stay on string bed
longer than normal. will add more spin normally when it leave the string
bed. less pop for sure.
OK, wilson sting mid 85 is your racquet.

Sythentic hybrid: Main 55lbs gosen micro 17, Cross some multi 17 at 55lbs
too, still a lot of control under 80+ weather.
If it's really hot weather, I tend to use Poly setup.
If it's below 60F weather, I tend to use Synthetic setup, but with 52lbs
main and cross. |

Saw one young american guy doing 75LBS the other day just after finish 55LBs, man, 20LBS short!
it's quiet comprehensive work out, ask more from wrist than standard BP, and
also need to power clean to get Dumbell up...

对一般人来说,哑铃肯定比杠铃难做了,我现在的gym 只有 120 的哑铃,我有时候会
用120 的哑铃做组数。

after two month training, i am able to do 55LBS (4 REPS) on stability ball
now. Only a meager 10 LBS more than yours!

点DOG from 21lbs to 55lbs),价钱比猫就贵一些,但是容量是好几倍。可以给两猫
用。 你去搞个有读数的针筒(不需要针头),每次就取合适的剂量(猫咪是0.4ml如果
9磅一下或者0.8ml如果超过9磅)。用不完的就盖上盖子收起来放冰箱。。。下次再用
。不过我觉得一旦开封了,最好还是2-3个月把一支用完,放久了可能效果没这么好(

于是这些天我天天继续抹.
