For me, I have to pay extra attention to avoid overeat and skipping work out
during weekends.
Because: 1, Too busy with kids and housework to drink enough water. So I
feel hungry but I really need more water.
2, Eat kids leftovers. I'm much better on this, I always told them
to trash by themselves if they couldn't finish their food. I won't feel bad
if I don't see it.
3, Eat out. The foods in restaurant are usually higher in calories
than homemade.
4, Get too tired and want to skip work out or too busy to have my
own time for work out.
5, Remember, house work is not considered as work out!
My solutions:
1, Keep one big bottle of water handy.
2, No leftover from kids for hot mama!
3, If you have to go fast food, just order a Jr. size burger, that'
s already more than 300cals.
Absolutely no French fries.
Ask for water cups instead of order drinks.
Share ice cream with kids.
For the other restaurant: Skip bread/rice, add less salad dressing by
yourself. Only eat half order then take out the rest for dinner. Ask water
instead of other drinks also.
4, Leave the kids to husband for 1 hour and get your own time for
work out.
5, Only do the necessary housework. Everything else can wait!
