,说对我的背景感兴趣并索要我的RESUME。没有说具体职位和部门,只是说很多部门和
business unit都需要人。我暂时也没有明确意向去具体哪个部门,请问这种情况我应
该如何跟recruiter联系。
这种大公司的recruiter一般的招人过程是怎样的?
是recruiter初面,然后推荐给合适的部门再面? |

The recruiter will first screen you for 15 minutes for salary info/
relocation etc, then he will forward the resume to a hiring manager. The HM
will screen you for some tech questions. Then the next step is a panel
interview with HM from all the teams. if you pass, then the next step is
onsite. If one of the HM says "I'd like to hire her" then you'll get the
offer and you will be in his team.
If multiple HMs want you, then the HM with priority in hiring get the staff. |

site, he is the one to receive it.
