OVERHEAD SQUAT 刚开始60LBS 都做不了. MASSIVELY HUMBLED, START FROM 35LBS,适应了一下动作, 慢慢的做到55LBS, 60LBS的BARBELL 被人拿走了, 没有再试了...我一直对着镜子做观察自己的POSTURE, 发现我的ELBOW会弯一点当我SQUAT 到底的时候... 这不好吧...
