plyometrics; core synergistics; shoulder and arms
其中最有用的是前两项,尤其是第一项

I have been trying to work on my core strength and foot work. I believe
those two should have a dramatic effect to improve tennis.

你弄个发球机比什么都管用,尤其是练你的反手。然后是发球。你正手不错,不用着急
改。

另外我觉得坚持拉韧带也非常有用。

already. The problem is, if this drill isn't done properly, you could cause
more harm than good - both to your form and to your ankle, foot, knee, etc.
I would not recommend using tennis as a way to increase strength, as if
you don't use the right form you'll just end up damaging your body further (
tennis elbow, etc...).

to be about 3 seconds. So if you are not fit enough, this will only wear
you out and ruin your form.
Personally, I like to set the oscillation to be about 3.5 - 4 seconds.
Anything longer than that, I will lose the rhythm; Anything shorter than

I did some research on Pro's videos and found that they typically hit a ball
average 2.5 second (2.3 - 3.0 seconds) at baseline during a match. So if
you can do this drill at 3 seconds for 20 balls, you must be damn good, hehe

效果很好,做完如释重负,身体放松不少。今早上班一改以往昏昏欲睡的状态,要是有
个坐班时能做的就好了,呵呵
p90x下了还没看,看健身班的同学反映好像比较demanding,等先练一阵再来吧。 |

hehe, the best part of P90X is
1. u can do it at home
2. u can change the intensity
otherwise, just do interval running on the tennis court, dash laterally side
to side x 50 times and approaching to net and back x 50 times x 3
replicates x 3 days/week would be good enough.
