混凝土打孔应该用hammer drill加concrete and masonary bit.当然hammer drill多数
是corded, 这是成本问题，cordless hammer drill 一样好使。你觉得好使多半是因为
你借的那个是hammerdrill,而你自己的是一般的cordless drill.
如今好点的的cordless drill论扭矩，使用时间和性能都绝对够用。只有最高转速可能
比不上corded.不过你们用得到的场合都不需要高转速。
die hard的diy最好的组合我觉着是一个高质量的cordless drill/driver 加一个一般
的corded hammer drill. 屋里屋外应该都够用了。 |

1 普通的drill，装了drill bit打洞，
2 普通的driver 装了screwdriver bit可以拧螺丝钉也可以退出螺丝钉
一般1和2用的力差不多，所以二合在一起叫 drill/driver
3 impact driver，用途和普通driver一样，但是比普通driver扭力大，就是想象普通
driver但是增加了扭矩。 不知道同时有没有drill功能装drill bit打洞？我理解是没有
4 hammer drill,用途和普通drill一样，但是增加穿透力，打难打的材料，比如水泥，
就是想象普通drill一边钻还有人在捶钉子一样捶。不知道同时有driver功能可不可以
装crewdriver bit拧螺丝钉？我理解是没有

Wrong. Just like car shift, you need to change gear setting. High speed =
less torque and vice versa.

I don't think you can drill a smooth hole with such low speed.
Hammer drill helps to clean the dust/debris during drilling. It is not
actually hammering bits in.Hammer drill can be used as regular drill, but I
don't think it can be used as a driver because it spins too fast.

这个 hammer drill 和 impact drill 不是一回事。
hammer drill 是钻头前后敲打，转水泥石头用的。
impact drill 是旋转方向敲打，上螺丝用的。
hammer drill 建议还是有线的。
要稳定可靠，其实有线的 drill 也非常好，便宜而且
没有电池报废和不够给力的问题。无线 drill 里面有很多钱是在
那个电池上面，电池不注意维护还是比较容易报废的。
长远来说电池是个耗材。
12V 和 18V 有一个考虑是 12V 的直流电源很容易搞到，
计算机的主机电源就提供 12V。
12V 电池要是不好用可以改装成有线。我有个给遥控飞机
锂电池充电的电源，可以提供 12V 20A. 钻头用到 9A - 15A
左右，接有线就特别给力了。 |

发帖数: 1995 | 17 本周一家里有客人没游，周三起晚了只游了30分钟。今天发现退步了。100米速度都在2
'10"-2'20"之间，划频在10-12 stroke cycle/25m之间。
今天练习内容是drill 6 under switch，垂直打水，常规打水练习体会髋部发动，打水
换气时用自由泳长划，最后加上fist drill。
现在under switch 比以前smooth，翻身头会自动贴臂。
TI书里面说好多人游泳时很多能量都浪费在struggle to keep float上了，今天常规打
水练习时发现我偶尔在自由泳长划在换气时，recover手臂在重新入水以前，leading
arm习惯性地会开始划水，倒不是失去平衡，纯粹是习惯。
然后换成fist drill，发现平衡的确比两个月以前好，fist drill比以前容易。今天发
现fist drill除了可以体会用背阔肌划水以外，还容易体会胳膊引导重心变化 （拳头
比手掌重？），水中翻滚，胳膊沿着中线移动。
今天垂直打水时间似乎比原来长点。
下周开始下一个TI drill，double switch。 |

今天继续练习Zipper Skate和Zipper Switch，开始加上Double Zipper Skate。
终于在今天Zipper Skate时把Recovery Arm移到耳边时竖出水面了。感觉一个是以前刚
刚开始新drill不够放松；一个是侧身幅度可能还是不够。今天这两点做得比较好。
以前和dzxy指导讨论过，Zipper Switch(Single/Double/Triple)，是要通过夸张的转
体动作（身体从侧卧位转到另一侧近仰卧呼吸位，即所谓Sweet-Spot，见图），来强调
和强化Whole Stroke Swim中的Body Rotation动作习惯，也让转体在自由泳中更顺畅平
滑自然。
作为Zipper Switch Drills的开始动作的Zipper Skate，和作为结束动作的Sweet-Spot
，共同点是一手前伸在水下，一手在后贴紧大腿侧面，而且都要求后面贴大腿的胳膊由

我以前也迷信这些drills， 技术动作的纠正啊啥的，总觉得这些是灵丹妙药。好像自
己游的不好不快就是动作不对，那我换个正确的动作游不就行了？而且看看人家游，都
是正常人力所能及的动作，这有什么难的？
其实不是这么回事。
后来发现只有多游，drills这些能锦上添花，但是游的量没有大量的积累，体能不到一
定地步，身体还没适应呼吸控制和有氧无氧状态，再好的drills再详尽的技术动作纠正
都没什么用。不然造成的结果可能是能做drills能有样子的游个短距离，但是再长一点
，动作完全变样，或者必须停下来休息。
Perfect practice makes perfect. 我也听过很多遍。是有道理，但是事实上很多时候
都是为了推销自己的训练技巧才这么说。游泳的drills很多，但是最经典的其实就那几
样，现在不少都是个变形，以免练习者心理疲劳。我自己觉得，游泳的practice，只要
安排的科学，没有大的技术动作失误，都差不多。游泳其实就是practice makes
perfect。
游泳急不来，算是给初学者泼点冷水。很枯燥，但是千万别忘了水带给你的乐趣。那才

如果是用两次打水，手划到脸的位置正是腿开始下打的时机，大部分两次打水的选手是
这个时候打，而这个drill却不让打水？可以把同侧打水移到手划到腰快出水的时候，
但是效果要差一些。
如果是用六次打水，手划到脸之前已经打水一次；手划到脸和肩的时候是一次异侧打水
，可是这个drill说不许打，有点奇怪；手划到腰的时候是第二次同侧打水。
如果是四次打水，手划到脸之前有一次同侧打水，手划到脸到肩确实没有打水，手划到
腰有一次异侧打水。与这个drill不矛盾。
所以这个drill也许是要求和四次打水配合练习的？
如果想和两次或者六次打水配合练习，那么或者接受腿下沉一点点，通过绷紧背的肌肉
来弥补（见背肌收缩练习水平趴着的drill）；或者通过手划水推水略微向斜下来弥补。 |

drill根本就拧不动，所以如果干活多了，impact driver是必须要有的。另外，impact
driver转速快，调节力量也快，不像drill拧来拧去的那么麻烦。用impact driver拧
螺丝，比drill效率不知道要高多少倍。 |

时候怎么就拧不动了，然后你可能想还不如用个螺丝刀来拧，结果你会发现用手动螺丝
刀也拧不动。这时候就需要有impact driver，几下子就能把螺丝拧进去。 另外，

这些天还看了看2008 TI 的Video（我一直以来是看2003版学的），里面有个One Arm
Switch 的Drill，对利用Core来转身很有帮助，在大概29分钟处。这个Video的链接在

这个Drill开始是侧身打水头看池底开始，双手置于髋部两侧。靠上面的一侧，以右上
左下为例，往前移动到脸旁，然后利用打腿、转髋的力量，转体、把手往前刺出、伸直
，身体变为右下左上的侧打水姿势；然后再打水、转髋转体，收回右手到体侧，恢复到
开始右上左下的侧身打水姿势。这个过程中，头部始终看池底，左手始终保持贴住髋部
，不能划水帮助转体。完全靠转髋转体来带动胳膊。
我觉得这个Drill对体会转髋驱动、转体时各部位动作的连贯性很有好处。就我自己的
练习感受来说，转髋和伸臂还很难连成一体。 |
